Half of it was spoiled through social media, but it was still one hell of a chapter. Seems like this marks the END of the Boruto we know. The scar is finally here, took quite a lot of time, but we finally know how he got it. Great chapter. Forgot to mention that the fight went over pretty quick, but Sasuke's scene made up for it.

This chapter is so bad! Definitely a waste of my time for one chapter a month. How the scar happened is so boring - Boruto protected Sarada who tried to stop Kawaki using a single fireball jutsu and she didn't even bother to activate her Sharingan. If she activated her Sharingan, she would have had a better chance dodging Kawaki. Imagine if the scar formed because Sasuke wanted to stop Momoshiki from taking over Boruto like Sasuke said he would (and Sasuke gets really hurt in the process which gives Boruto resolve). That would have been much better character development and plot progression imo. Overall, I'm disappointed that this chapter turned out to be boring.

Sarada is becoming more of a nuisance every chapter like mother like daughter I guess, The end has began; now that kawaki is loose and Boruto lost one blue eye. momoshiki helping kawaki was quite a twist.

Man i wish they could've shown some cool fight for that scar scene... instead they gave us a parallel scene to saving Sakura frm Shippuden. Well atleast frm this scene we can confirm Kishimoto is the one who's actually writing Boruto now lol. But overall this chapter was cool. Especially Sasuke's entry too was dope asf.

Momoshiki's rly plotting something fr. I feel like the reason why he helped kawaki is cuz he want him to fed to the ten tails. Not only that , Momoshiki want to hapn everything exactly how he saw in his visions....cuz the mini timeskip where Mitsuki using sagemode is still on the way. damn...

bro ig it's cuz ...they wanted to capture kawaki not to fight him...but now that she knows she's the reason for Boruto loosing his eye.. Sarada might start to get stronger and try not to be a dead weight

Chapter is awesome... But all things aside, guys what do you think will now happen to Eida? I mean the only reason he joined Konoha is Kawaki. Now that Kawaki will be gone. Will she still be staying or side with Kawaki against Konoha?

Good question. I don't say he will be gone just yet, but i too don't see how Eida will side with him while he is so mad and overly focused on his mission. Remember that Eida somehow is still in love with him... *facepalm intensifies*
At the same time we have Code in the backgrounds.
I don't know if the plot will rush to it's ending or somehow Boruto Jougan yet to awaken eye power (and Himawari implicit powers) will delay the end.

And for those who complaining about Sarada being weak, take in mind that she reacted out of worry and strong feelings for Boruto and was careless.

This chapter was insane. I almost thought they were gonna retcon the flash forward at the start of the series and just do the fight here instead. I guess time skip must be coming soon™ now that Kawaki's deserted and Boruto's lost his eye.

Oh shit... so it has started. Damn it... Kishimoto, you really made Sarada look like she can't do shit. The typical Naruto women treatment. And, now Boruto lost an eye. I was expecting she would actually put up a fight against Kawaki but I guess not. Thank you, Kishimoto Sensei.

i love so much that's why i am becoming a villain is kawaki's character development. This is pretty miserable.

The fighting wasn't even cool. Also what is the bunny god thing planning by freeing kawaki when he sucked the shikamaru's shadow binding?

Also, why don't they cut an arm or break his arms and legs while they have him captured instead of just holding him
