| For those who aren't aware, having a fever messes with your cognitive functions and results in especially disturbing dreams. Have you ever had one of these? I had a fever once last year, and that night, I had a really weird dream. I don't remember all of it, but I swear to God that it involved the mafia and scissors. Seriously. I remember being really disoriented waking up after that. |

| Those messed up dreams are my casual dream, being crushed, killed by mafia/bratva/yakuza/cartel/any other stuff, ww3, nuke, any weapon, any past era, any melee weapon etc. etc. I don't remember my fever dreams but if they would be worse than my typical dream of being tortured and dying than I guess it is better to not know. |
| I was sick, falling in and out of sleep when i felt like someone was in the room with me for some reason, i thought i heard something so i opened my eyes and saw a figure. I thought i was looking at someone standing in my door. I waited for them to say something, then i realized i had fallen asleep on the opposite side of my bed i usually sleep on and the "Door" was a corner and the "Person" was a mop laid against it. |

| I think so yes, It happened when I was very sick as a kid staying in a Motel. It was about devils and all sorts of unpleasant things, thankfully I've had no more, but that memory really stuck with me for years :/ |

| I usually can't sleep when I have a fever, but my regular dreams already tend to get pretty crazy to begin with. The worst part is that I don't forget them like most people, but instead they are stored somewhere in my memory and then when I encounter a similar situation in real life, I suddenly recall the entire freaking thing as if it was some kind of a past life. |
| Yea I have those whenever I have a fever. Very annoying and make me uncomfortable and unable to have a proper sleep. They usually are about me having a specific mission or duty which I must do in order to wake up from the dream, and no matter how much I flap around my bed the dream wont go away until the morning eventually comes and I wake up |
| Yes, when I was a kid I had pneumonia and very high fever, I dreamt some crazy shit but I don't remember now. My mother got concerned after I started hallucinating and called an ambulance. I don't remember what they did or if they took me to the hospital, those days are hazy in my memory now. |

| I hallucinate when I get high fevers. I remember being 5 and there was a talking mouse on my bed who's name was Zach. I even built him his own little home on my bed side table. Aside from that, I remember being sick moderately recently, and I think I slept the majority of the day, don't remember the dreams, but everytime I'd wake up, I'd be super anxious about the fact that I hadn't collected enough tacos, and that I needed to go to work to buy the taco themed bookmark we have. (It says 'books are just word tacos'). Also I think I needed to make a wedding gown out of my white comforter but I felt too sick to do so, so it was just stressful. Typically my fever dreams/hallucinations deal with tetris-like games, where I'm staring up at the ceiling and it's beginning to fall on me, and I need to correctly put the pieces in place before it fully falls and crushes me. |

| It's been over a decade that I got sick outside of rare slight food poisoning incidents and probably over two decades by now that I got anything like a fever. It's possible that I've dreamed about random things while sleeping through the day back when I was a kid, but I can't recall having anything of that affect my perception when awake |

| I don't think I've ever had a fever dream. I don't usually get fevers when I'm sick, and I don't dream that often. It sounds like it'd be a really interesting experience, though. I almost want to experience it sometime in my life but the fever part would be unpleasant. Dreams are bizarre enough already; I can't even imagine what a fever dream would be like. |
