we have a 10 year old brother and he's really great person but can feel awkward so want to look for an anime with zero romance, zero fanservice, and a less amount of anime girls because i know my brother he would just be feeling awkward while looking at anime girls so male characters is better

Can't go wrong with Demon Slayer. At least, until they get to the red light district in S2. Then you've got some explaining to do (or not).

Perhaps a Ghibli film if you want to be extra careful.

Death Note’s probably the only Anime I know that matches your description, unless your little bro can watch it till the end with his brain still intact.

Your best bet is something like Digimon if he is only 10. I think Demon Slayer is a bit too much for him at that age.

I haven't watched it myself, but Jojo's Bizarre Adventure seems to be a huge sausage fest throughout. So if your main concern is keeping your little bro from being exposed to anime tiddies, i figure that'd be the safest bet, idk.

Assassination classroom is the safest option I could think of. As far as I remember it's pretty family friendly. Girls are present but not too much, give it a try it might work out.

Also, Ousama Ranking (hardly any women, a little family friendly), Sabikui Bisco (some woman appearances and kind of family friendly), Vinland saga (hardly any women but not family friendly though).

Jojo gets very violent though fanservice is pretty rare outside Lisa Lisa moment in part 2.

Awful choice, you should be embarrassed if that's the best you could come up with. lol
If you reply back to me and I never respond, I lost interest and don't care. Sorry about that.

People seriously recommending Odd Taxi? Troll or double digit IQ? A ten year old would either get bored quickly or not understand half of what's going on, even when things are finally explained.

Any of the more famous studio Ghibli films would be great choice.

The ideas which are being mentioned are actually horrible, when you consider he is just 10 years old. It's not even about anime girls and stuff, but please consider the stories of the anime you guys are coming up with. The only options from the mentioned above are Digimon & Pokémon since they are legit anime made for children.
And if you want to look for children-friendly anime, just go to the search bar and click under demographic: Kids, since those are all meant for actual children as the targeted audience.

You should try any BL, there's usually little to none fanservice or anime girls

On a serious note, I think I watched something like shaman king at about that age, so maybe try that

I'd suggest Yu Yu Hakusho, it's a bunch of guys fighting demons and ghosts. There is a slight bit of romance, but only at the very end and no fan service.

Or if you guys don't mind shoujo I'd suggest Cardcaptor Sakura, great show.

Pokemon and other kids shows have girls. His brother is a weirdo who can't watch anything with girls.

The OG Shaman King.

OG Digimon, oh wait today's 10 y/o can't handle og Digimon, today's youth will have a total brain meltdown with episodes like: Out on the Town, Playing Games or Ogremon's Honor-> Puppetmon death will surely scar him for life.

Anyway op's which list is too huge to fill out completely with out giving him over the top suggestions.

Show him Pokémon or Dragon Ball Z Kai (has faster pacing and less violence in some scenes in comparison to Z, also not OG Dragon Ball because that has fanservice)

Kodomo anime. Literally made for children of your brother's age.

Just make him watch Pokémon, Digimon, Yu☆Gi☆Oh! or many Battle Shounen that every toddler would enjoy, everything else in anime is targeted for teens or adults...
