| Welp, this episode turned into a big fight after Boruto and their trap strategy didn't work. Sarada managed to do some good work with her Sharingan and lightning style techniques. Same with her allies. Metal Lee kicked some ass too with his taijutsu. Episode was fire, a lot better than the previous ones with the momentum imo. |

| Another episode in which the scriptwriter has no idea what he is doing and if Pierrot were a serious company, they would have fired him after reading and laughing at this nonsense. Giant water tornado, they don't use raiton. Giant water tornado with the "blood" of 2 people... the day the imbecile who wrote this rubbish finds out that the human body is almost entirely water, he collapses. Not to mention that he could generate the water himself. Konoha ninjas who are afraid to face 30 bald men... Mitsuki alone should be able to beat them up. Ninjas like Mitsuki, who has snakes everywhere, being caught by 2 bald men behind some bushes to set them up. Cliches like the tsundere that knits that curiously finds enemies telling her plan at that very moment. And I stop counting because it was one failure after another. |
| To be honest, I actually liked the animation in this episode and I thought it was decent (I got a new laptop and it has a better screen, video card, etc so I don't know if it's just that or the animation was just good in the episode). There were some things in the episode that didn't make sense, for example, Boruto being nerfed in his own show. I mean there were so many things that Boruto could have done, for example, like the thunder style and water style combined that he used against Naruto. There were a group of enemies and no one did a splash attack, I don't even think the enemies have dodging skills like that so that's why I think that would work. This is not only Boruto I'm talking about, a lot of people could have done something that would work but this is just one. Anyways this episode wasn't bad, it was actually the first almost decent episode there was for this arc, so I'll give it a 6.5/10. |

| Welp, despite a ridiculous way to set up the battle, and doing all the twist, then don't forget about how once again a very unenjoyable animation sequence for the heavily action packed, making this episode kinda not far from the word of bland for all the building up. Though, that's a little nice they showed to me how they finally grant my wish to see the change of form of Hiramekarei, which from the beginning i am surely awaiting him to use it properly. But, not with that end. And not with that lame way... How naive, Kawaki said. Though, their battle were the naive one, including Kawaki himself. Sigh... |

| Having that Iwabe-Kyoho combo heading in your direction would be terrifying. Cool to see Metal Lee playing the floor is lava with these their faces. Kinda confused how Hibiichigo's thread worked on this open space though. There goes the 4th death fl- Eh? He actually died?! Surely they can get Hibiichigo to sew him back up right? Then again it'd be better if there was a medical ninja on the team. Maybe this will inspire someone to take up that role. |

Yeah when I downgraded my 8/10 to 7/10 was when I decided to try to ignore the absolutely awful writing. This episode I have 2/5. I definitely enjoy this enough, and Boruto overall enough, but doesn't change the back to back to back awful writing. |
