| This is much cuter than I expected and pretty funny. Anya's reactions are gold :D Also pretty lousy spy. Getting too attached to the girl in a single day xD There is no way he's going to be able to abandon her after the mission like he usually does. Jokes aside I really liked this episode. The action segment was pretty entertaining as well. Good mix of cute, funny, and action. |
| Here it is, I'm pretty sure my expectations for a show were never this hight. Not only is this very highly rated and popular on MAL, but good friends of mine are also loving this anime. And holy shit, that first episode did deliver. Soooo much stuff happened, I had to check if it wasn't actually a 40 minutes episode. Comedy was on point and the action scenes were gorgeous, Anya is great as well. |

| Ah, I feel so fortunate that I was able to get through the hype period of this series spoiler free. Going in blind made all of the first impressions that much stronger. I wasn't expecting it to be this heartwarming & family life oriented. Anya is a national - nay - a global treasure and I've already been won over to consider her one of my favorite child characters. Twilight reminds me of Miyuki from Love is War (similar voice too) and the comedy is giving me similar vibes. |

| Since this anime was everywhere last year, I always had my eye on it, but just decided to watch it today, and I must say, this anime deserves all of the hype! I loved this episode, it was intense and hilarious at the same time, and that's hard to achieve. I already love the characters, Twilight and Anya are just so likeable! This anime being so good was honestly a surprise for me, was really not expecting it, but the setting it has is so unique, and they develop the story in such an unique way, I absolutely love it, and I'm on my way to watch the rest of the season really quickly! I just can stop watching this! Wit and Cloverwork studios being behind this doesn't surprise me at all, they absolutely nailed it, and I'm so glad to know I still have the 2nd part of this 1st season, and then the 2nd season! |

| Loid and Anya! Anya is a smart but stupid character |

| An intro episode that is an absolute banger always great to see. Already love two of our main leads Twilight or Loid in this mission is a calm, cool and collected spy but he isn't cold blooded his inner motivations to preserve peace between nations and to a greater extent the world because he doesn't want innocent people and their children to suffer what he went through as a young child thus, wanting to protect their smiles and the future is very admirable. Yes it seems that Loid is a Master Class spy but his new daughter Anya certainly shakes him off his regular game and style XD Anya is absolutely adorable and her VA Atsumi Tanezaki nails that great mix of believable young child and cuteness in her performance (I'm sure I am not the only one who would adopt Anya in an instant and give her the best home possible)! But, Loid for your mission and your new daughter do your best to be the Father that can protect her smile and those of others across the world! Seriously though Anya is too cute and sweet which lends itself well to some hilarious situations. She already has gotten in the habit of calling Loid Daddy and her having fun with their game of hide and seek was too funny and adorable XD also no wonder she hates studying since it brings back those harsh memories of when she was experimented on and when she is scared of being sent away really hits one right in the heart. Her mind reading ability is useful but she almost blows her cover since she seems to be a bit of an air head XD understandable since she is just a kid and we all still love her for it ^-^ she panicked when she sat next to kids who were just as clueless as her LOL but thankfully she was able to recall her Dad's teachings and made it through! Other sweet moments are when Loid had to hold her when she got tuckered out, how he lifted her up when she passed the test and was so proud and then when Anya joined him resting on the couch just wonderful. But, yeah an excellent start to a series I have been looking forward to from the comedy, the action and of course the wholesomeness it is certainly more then promising and first impressions I did like the ED but now I can't wait to see what comes next looks like Loid has to acquire himself a Wife and a Mother for Anya so go get that top tier lady Loid everyone is rooting for you! |

| I've had Spy x Family on my list for almost two year since its release. Previously, I didn't feel compelled to start watching it because I had many other anime that piqued my interest. However, today I decided to give it a chance because my friend wanted to watch the Spy x Family movie that recently premiered in my country with me. In my opinion, the first episode wasn't too bad. I didn't expect Twilight (Loid) and Anya to have such sad background stories, even though they were only briefly shown. Perhaps they will delve deeper into the characters in the upcoming episodes. Anya is incredibly cute, and since I'm fond of kids, I find that her presence makes this anime even more intriguing. |
