In this case, the pacing will be a little slow. Then the Shibuya arc in S3. Shibuya itself is 54 chapters so that would take around 20 episodes, they can end the season at chapter 146 and make a 24 episode season. Or they can adapt HI + Shibuya in two parts like AOT (12 + 16 episodes), ending part 1 at chapter 91 and rest in part 2. |

| they’re 100% gonna adapt all the way until the end of shibuya in season 2 also i’m personally not worried about schedule at all because anime isn’t being started to make whenever it is first announced they more than likely have been working on season 2 already. |

| MAPPA got their hands full with AoT, JJK, CSM. There’s also some unofficial news about MAPPA making Vinland Saga S2, now being WIT studio out of the picture. All these anime will be super hyped although I feel bad for the employees. |

Yes, you're right. If the second season keeps up the same pacing as the first one, the Hidden Inventory will only require about 6 episodes + 2 more for another fight in between HI and Shibuya. So, I was thinking if they adapt the first few chapters of Shibuya where this major thing happens, that would be a great cliffhanger for Season 3. Only a few tho. But, if they decide to do 24 or more episodes like 25-26, the whole HI and Shibuya Incident can be easily adapted in Season 2 with Season 1's pacing. So, yeah, 11-12 episodes will have a cliffhanger in Shibuya for Season 3 and a 2-cour season will have both the arcs animated. |
