| Are you guys high or something? There is no mecha among the genres.Furthermore the synopsis doesn't tell anything resembling mecha stuff.This is a fantasy anime with magic and swords. If you wanna know how it's gonna be like just read the first chapter of the manga adaptation which was translated a while ago.Personally I found it very funny and intruguing. |

| Yeah you can totally see the whole "Geass" theme with his hand and eye in that position. So, I'm guessing it'll be like a 12 ep crappy fantasy version of Geass that no one will pay attention to, except for the fact that it mimics it XD |

| The Novel has 4 season finished already, darn!! Can't believe is airing so fast,I guess I must quickly finish at least 1 season to watch this !!! This is an award winning masterpiece ^^. |

| I hope it's not a parody at all, but just something dumb and worth the lulz. It's far better when it's not done on purpose. And there are some awesome title out there like "Le Portrait de Petit Cossette", so there's still some hope. But well, even if it's really a parody, it would probably be worth my time, since it made me lol'd only with the title. |

| It looks to be a solid fantasy action adventure anime. I honestly don't know when geass trademarked the magic/cursed eye, seems like naruto was doing it way before geass and when naruto did it even back then it wasn't a new concept or anything. I don't see anything in any of the trailers or description indicating parody or even heavy doses of comedy. I mean sure this series doesn't look innovative or anything but it doesn't seem to be a knockoff of any particular series and not every series needs to innovate in order to be good. |

| oh goodness... if you know the light novel, your first impression is wrong... This one also has a good plot. you won't call it rip off or anything cuz they have different characters/genres/views/story/plot/etc so don't compare it with Geass ahaha... if there's a rip off that would be his ability like the Uchiha's sharingan ahahaha jk... anyways I think this anime will be one of the promising anime this season... hahah well just imagine a girl like Hitagi Senjougahara* (Bakemonogatari) and a powerful baka mage teaming up will make a great combination =) a mix of comedy and action hahaha it'll be fun to watch this anime. *I can't describe Hitagi's character but she's more like Eris in this series ahaha always serious with confidence with herself and teasing Lute.. you can try watch Bakemonogatari they have almost the same combination of main chars |
