If wonder egg priority get season 2 will it reduce hate??

After the disappointing sequal ova this series start getting hate score also drops from 8+ because ova feels more like a set up or rather confusing instead of getting a conclusion we get more questions,so if it's get a new season and they use ova as set up will it nutrilze the hate?

Ratings doesn't matter only enjoyment does.
Masterpiece or mid, generic or fresh,best or worst are all subjective
Eren is goat,and aot is still a masterpiece (eg.subjective opinion)

possibly, i and many others didnt like what the ova set up for the series but i do think if it gets a season 2 (i doubt it will) thatd reduce the "hate" given that we'd get an actual conclusion which was the main complaint about the ova :p

i dont think so... one of the problems with the OVA was that it not only set up storylines that were not concluded, these storylines also make no sense with the story. it went from a melancholic and bittersweet psychological show to a weird sci fi thingy in the blink of an eye. i dont hate the series and i do not understand people who disregard everything it did previously bc of the ending, but even if the 2nd season is great, the OVA will still remain a stain in the show's history

If wonder egg priority got a s2 it'll probably fix the issues that the special had. It's the only way to save the show.

It really needs a season 2 to explain the ova. They have set up some really confusing stories that don’t make much sense

The show needed a season 2 before the ova even aired. There was no way to conclude the series on a good note after all the plot lines they opened up in only one episode.

Pretty much this. The moment Frill and all the other last minute shenanigans got introduced the show was doomed with the little run time it had left.

I still give the anime a 9 cause it justly deserves it, in my opinion. Just cause the ova got a 6 from me doesnt mean itll lower the series score. Atleast how i see it. They are seperate. I wish they would fix it cause it was very disappointing, but it is what it is honestly.

Its sad really, at a certain point, this show was a 10/10 (before they started to add random plot points last minute for no reason) then it was still going to be a 8 or 9/10 assuming they were actually going to end it in a good way but then that ova came along and I just did not believe what I was seeing.
This show was clearly at its best when it was about the characters overcoming their trauma while hoping to get their friends back despite how shady the 2 dudes that told them that were.
