| Nothing will beat Battle City in Yugioh for me. I love tournament arcs and the way the finals in that tournament are set up are really fascinating for me. Even if you don't like the card game format, the way the tournament is set up and how the matches are decided are really good. (An 8 man tournament, quarter finals are determined by a lottery, the semi's are determined by a 4 way battle royale match) I've seen tournament arcs but none of them as good as that one. |

| Mine would be Chimera Ant arc(HxH), Return to shiganshina arc(AOT S3 Part 2), Hitagi End(Monogatari series) and Courtesan of a nation arc(Gintama). |
| Shogun Assassination is my all time favorite arc. In just 8 episodes it manages some insane balls to the fucking walls action, classic Gintama comedy, and serious emotional punches in such a satisfying way. Marineford is really close to beating it though, and while SA is still #1, One Piece's final war will probably beat if Oda manages to maintain the same quality. |
