| This is probably better suited to a board for God of Highschool, and not just the anime discussion board. To answer your question though, very probably, as the show was, despite its mixed reviews, still a success, and based off a successful webtoon. edit: I've learnt something from reading the comments below. I thought that GoH had been far more successful than it had been, but if what they are saying is true then we probably won't get a second season. I can't really say that I'm sad about that though. |

| Idk no news yet but it might tho. It’s not completely impossible. There is source material left even though the reception was kind of poor Also you should put this in the god of high school main board. Also MAPPA is way too busy to adapt god of highschool right now. |

| Highly doubt it. It seems that the "new age" of anime that was supposed to come with these webtoon adaptations was just a quick cash grab by Crunchyroll and nothing else. All 3 adaptations just sort of came and went (even though Tower of God was decent) with zero announcements for follow-ups a year later. Considering how much material there is to adapt still, there'd be no reason to wait other than the fact that the higher ups have no intention of continuing these series. And thank god in God of Highschool's case since MAPPA is already busy enough and it'd suck to waste their talent and time on a sequel to a season that was so horribly rushed and mishandled. |
