| whyyyy is there a hiatus? jojo used to publish weekly. you'd think switching to publishing only monthly there'd be no hiatuses. bitching aside, i really hope that joshuu gets to rescue yasuho and punches jobin or something. i want him to get some good character growth. also are we supposed to assume that the head doctor is the main villain of this part? his power and design seems kinda underwhelming for a main villain. |

Because chapters are twice as long, and of higher quality, it probably takes him about the entire month to complete a chapter. As far as needing hiatuses, the man has been creating this manga for about 30 years, about half his life at this point. he needs some breaks. Edit: at least it's not as bad as Hunter X Hunter or Berserk. |

| The cover this month is very interesting. Paisley Park looks beautiful, but having the map of Morioh make her face up makes it look broken to me, like it's showing how Yasuho is quite literally falling apart. Could also show how connected she is to Morioh. |

| Honestly not THAT shocked that Mitsuba ended up closing the toilet lid. When it comes to their family, both her and Jobin can become pretty cold. Or maybe it's an elaborate plan after all. I sure hope Yasuho makes it through this but I'm pretty confident she won't just die like this. As for the head doctor being the main villain... I kinda don't mind, since his ability seems pretty OP, but he would need some more characterization first, because just based on personality he's the weakest antagonist by far. Also can't even imagine how an active fight would even look like. Maybe it's Jobin after all... Or anyone gets a power up like Yoshikage did? Hard to tell. I wonder about the stand though. At first it was all about pursuing and now it's just about seeing his back?? Is it two abilities? |

| Looks like the head doctor exposed Jobin's plan. His stand reminds me of that one character who always hid his back in one of the earlier parts. This one is one hell of a stand tho. |
