How do I add a picture or link at the bottom of a comment I post on a fourm?

I see people have banners or links to videos at the bottom of their comment when they post on forums, I'm wondering how to do that.

Click your username at the top right of the screen > Account Settings > Forum > insert your signature/link in the 'Signature' field > Submit
