| The problem with profile pics was partly fixed - you can change them now but it takes a while until you see the new picture. Next week the devs want to look at the remaining problem to make the change faster again. Not sure what the current status on forum avatars is at the moment but hopefully it can be fixed next week too. |

| I have the same problem as well. When I change my profile picture to this one it goes back to my old one after a while, for no reason, which is this one: Cleared cache and still nothing. Sometimes in order for me to view my new profile pic i have to refresh |

| So, I keep trying to change my profile picture. It basically instantly changes every time but then after a few minutes or sometimes an hour or two it changes back to my previous picture. It's done this 4 times now. |
| For me the best way to avoid problem is to have the new picture be a different format than the previous one. For example if your old picture is JPEG, make your new picture PNG. |

| Maybe some 4 days ago I changed my profile picture, my old profile picture from Clannad however pops up as my profile picture a good 50% of the time. Like when I go to my profile it’s the pic I want it to be then maybe 5 minutes later it’s back to the old one. Is it suppose to do that, is it a bug, or is it just me??? -ThankYou |

| It's an ongoing bug. One temporary solution that works for most people is to upload your new profile pic in a different file format. For example, if your old Clannad profile was a PNG file, try to upload your new profile pic in JPEG format. |

| This appears to only be partially fixed. I changed my profile picture a couple of days ago, and it's displaying everywhere, except for in my "com to com" with people. |

The same happened to me but I've been seeing my new picture in the com-to-com section recently. Just give it a bit more time I guess. |
