| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- To be honest I went completely blind into this series. Form what I saw in trailer I thought that it is about heists and/or vigilante action. But I was wrong it is crime story form the side of the law. First episode intrigued me. However more in the fact that characters are adults and not in their personalities. Lets hope that will be fixed later on when show will do more character development. Visually this show has some quirks, for example weird perspective is in some shots. But overall aesthetics of the show and character designs more than make up for it. Hand drawn cars are godsend. All in all I like this first episode and I am going to watch it further. |
| Well, the first episode was ... Okay? Nothing new or insane wasn't happened in episode. The first thing that came to my mind that I watch a first episode of "B: The Beginning", but without that "Shounen" Boy, who wants save his love and stereotypical genius-lazy detective. I hope in the end we get a really good ending and revealed all characters. I'll give this show a chance. |

| Solid first episode. Looks like a high-octane crime thriller with some strange mask technology. I expect Sarah to be saved by James at least 2 times before the season's over. |
| An anime like James Bond series? Well that's quite interesting, generic buildup for such a story but the pacing is a bid on the slow side. Still quite interesting! Looking forwards to see what this series will offer! |

| Holy jump cuts Batman! The action scenes felt so weird, every shot felt like it was cut short. Also I kinda have no clue whats going on but that might be the norm for this show. |

| Why are Netflix "Originals" so unimpressive for the most part? There's just enough here to keep me interested, I guess. Luckily, the character designs are pretty and they trying to have the characters be fashionable but the animations sometimes leave something to be desired. |
| Nice animation and by the looks of it a crime story about criminals using appearance changing masks Nothing too special this first episode outside of the crazy villain blowing up some building in style |

| The drawings of faces are distorted and eyes are too big for a realistic character design. Also the mask men's part was theatrical and unnatural. Another class-B/C Netflix original anime. |
