| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The sisters finally reconcile after those previous episodes of conflict, but I have the feeling Ning is going to die. She pulled some ugly deathflags at the end. I don't know if the empress is a little sociopath or the show is not handling her character well, but she was pretty creepy this episode, when she told Zhao she views her people as "her toys". If that was a metaphor to show how much she cares for her subjects, it was sure an unfortunate comparison. |

| I do agree with Ning did portray death flags at the end, but I hope she lives though. I see Cheng considers Zhao as a toy, damn arrogance she has and Zhao doesn't seem to mind it. I hope Yin and Ning join the rebel army as they would fit in perfectly. That Rou and Yuezhi moment sure caught me by surprise, but it caught them more than me ;-) Good episode, |

Wondering if it's just a product of her world view, as in, she's never actually really been out of the palace and she's been fed a ton of destiny bullshit from her father and a warped view of people from her loyal subjects who dare not say anything that would displease her. They (the writers) may be setting up a visit to the destroyed village scene to change her view of the empire. |
| Wtf Yin is the reincarnation of who ever she is who makes those damn toys. So Cheng sees Zhao as her toy , whats worse those two in white don't seem to like him very much....well I hope they make their move soon so that Zhao joins up with the resistance. |

I don't think you know what relationship affair means There's no one being cheated on, even if we count the love triangle of Zhao and the sisters, both sides think either is dead and even if they knew in the future that both sides are alive (which I'm sure they will later on) the empress and Zhao doesn't even have that kind of relationship yet they're just familial brother sister play relationship, master and servant relationship, toy and owner relationship, whichever one of these ain't no affair |
| I feel like a lot of the points made here are quite weak. They're not bad. Just weak. The sisters had been having problems in their relationship just because they wanted to give us Yun's background? I hope there's more than that. Zhao looks kind of hot, and he shouldn't because he hasn't slept for years. Two days of sleep deprivation makes people look like a mess. If you haven't slept for as long as Zhao, ASAPScience says you might die! The creepy looking guy's logic is rubbish. "This boy is really faithful to our empire, despite everything we made him go through. He has no flaws at all. Absolutely none. Let's find an excuse to kill him!" |
| The sisters reconciled, but that will most likely not last long. The Empress is not quite right in the head, but that's no surprise considering her upbringing. Since the Empire is totally insane in itself. |
