And it is with this reason that the MAL score is super diabolically justified. What do y'all think? |

| I honestly don't get why the score is this low, for one I think they're over exaggerating on the production issues, the show is definitely not the best looking show ever but it's not unwatchable and it's not enough to make the show deserve a spot in the top 100 lowest rated anime on this site (which as of right now it currently is) When many bad shows that people hate like Hand Shakers, Big Order and One Room and many more can get away with 5+ score and Hand Shakers having animation that many say physically hurt their eyes to look at I think this show shouldn't be this low. I also still can't see why it's so low, even if it did have as bad of production as people say, the show is still decent and enjoyable to watch. Like the characters are pretty good and what's actually going on in the story/world isn't amazing by any means but it's enough to keep you interested. The fights aren't that bad either. Haven't played the game and I'm on episode 9 as of right now but I don't think not playing the game would have this much of an affect on my opinion. Yeah I don't think this score is justified in the least, especially when it's score is pretty much on the same level as actual bad anime like Ladyspo, Musekinin Galaxy☆Tylor and Armageddon. No matter how I think about it I can't understand how it's THIS low. |
| Hmm so says the minority then, but did it ever not occur to you that when everyone was saying it's bad, did u try watching at least 1 episode (at least on the technicality side)? Now we have one more casualty to add into the list: Misty/Chronexia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNPt5wg9Dbs&t=0s Pretty much the same sentiments, one look at it and the flaws show almost indefinitely. |

| Even though I dropped this anime after 2 episodes, the score for senjuushi is unbelievably low. Come on, the anime isn’t that bad, it deserves a score of 6.xx at least. What the hell happened to the animation quality, I don’t remember the animation being this bad. |

You know, there is a reason why there has been so many reverse-harem/female oriented smut shorts lately. They sell. A lot. So the answer to your question would be: a lot of people, actually. So yeah, I think it's absolute BS to claim that female oriented anime are doomed to fail. I'm not sure why the score for this anime in particular is so low, but needless to say, it is not representative of the entire genre or their sales figures/commercial success. |
| Hmm some valid reasons there. Like I really noticed that other than fanbases that are Western vs. Eastern, bur I do know that whatever that is pumped out of Japan is mainly for themselves first and us Westerners second. Guess that's the mainstream response, though it will (obviously) differ. |
