| I'd be very surprised if there was anyone who preferred the Anime over the Manga. Don't get me wrong, I liked the Anime. Even Root A. But the Manga is simply incredible as long as you put the effort into it (it definitely isn't a series to casually read). |

| The manga. Definitely. At least for the first part. For :re, I actually like more the anime because it feels more like the first part of the manga istead of some cheap chage of tone. |

| Watch the anime and stop after Root A or read the original manga. Whatever you do, do not continue to :re. I'd suggest the anime because it's a more complete "ending" than the manga. |
| The manga shits on the anime; although, I guess you could say the opposite too. The anime has its moments but I'd be surprised if anybody preferred the adaptation after reading the source material. |
