| Yes, you should try it out as it's pretty good. The premise and show itself is kind of strange (in a good way) so don't decide to drop it if you're not hooked by the first couple of episodes. The anime, imo, really shatters some common stereotypes and cliches with the magical girl type of anime. Just try and watch the whole thing even if it's not your cup of tea, as it does eventually get better. |

| I understand why you would want to drop it due to it's ridiculous animation, but just know that the series takes on a deeper and darker meaning eventually. It's not really like Steins;Gate, but it does have similar themes as Fate/Zero, believe it or not. Both include an altruistic savior-like character, a straight-up hedonist, and a conflicted nihilist (and although there's not a serial killer, Lucifer is given a counterpart), whose actions define the feel of the series' reality. Both include monkey's-paw-like magical wish granting devices. It all just depends on if you like symbolism—if you can ignore the fact that all the characters are weirdly-animated girls and see them as something else. If you can do that, the series will be a sublime psychological journey. If it happens that your not watching it because of the themes/depth it has, then definitely drop it. |

| No, it's overhyped shit, with the most annoying and aggravating characters ever, plus if your wanting to watch it because of any presumed "similarity" to Steins;Gate, DON'T! It's nothing alike, Steins;Gate is actually amazing, Madoka is the opposite, don't waste your time on it and watch a better anime instead. |
