Completely depends on the intro/outro in question. If I love the songs in general and/or find them a great fit/mood-setter for the show, then I'll watch and savour them every time. But not all anime OP/ED are created equal. :)

i skip it in the case of hunter x hunter because i know itll be the same song every episode anyway lol
but a lot of times i watch the endings because itll just go to the next episode automatically anyway

there are lots of good OPs tho

I try not to skip them because they are useful when it comes to making memories from the series.
I enjoy listening to the music after finishing the show and reminiscing of the time I had watching it, at least that's how it works for me :>

Will watch the OP/ED once through then skip every other time unless it's like the last episode. Only OPs I didn't skip were JoJos and the first Naruto ED cos that track was nostalgic af

I never skip the OP and ED. I usually not a binge-watcher and I also watch a lot of seasonals. Sometimes, I might be watching up to 10 different shows (rarely over, but does happen) in a day. Listening to the OP gets me into the zone to watch that particular show and also gives me some time to recollect what happened the episode prior (which aired approximately a week before). I listen to the ED to get me out of that zone, and sometimes due to some shows airing scenes after the ED plays.

I usually watch both OP and ED once, then skip them.

If I really like either, I tend to watch it more than once, or even every time until the end.

When I marathon an entire series, I tend to skip the intros and outros just to get it done faster but if I'm watching a series that is currently being aired, I'll watch them.

Depends. If I really like the intro, I'll listen to it almost every time. Most other times I'll just skip after listening to it once or twice. Usually I move on to the next episode when the outro pops up, though I've been trying to get out of the habit of doing that since sometimes the outro's can be really good too.

There are some that you just cannot skip. Not just because they are good but because they perfectly set-up or wind down the show. Watching Nichijou or Black Lagoons' ED was a must watch for me every time. Or Dragon Maid, Konosuba or Lucky Star I just cannot skip those OPs.

To answer your question, if it has an effect to my viewing of the show I always watch it; if it is just pretty and unconnected I will skip it.

I never skip them. I am one of those who believe openings and endings are part of the anime experience but if you do not share this opinion I'm perfectly fine with it.
Exactly my point! It's not weird to watch the OP or ED. But a lot of my friends say watching the OPs are weird. I ask them what's weird about it? 9 times out of 10 they usually say it is cringey. I mean they too are watching anime in sub, so I don't see why they would use that as an excuse. Because of that they are missing out on some incredible OPs. I don't skip openings. It's just how I am :)

I never skip. Opening and endings set the mood for me, so even when I'm binge watching I refuse to skip the op or ed even if I don't like it, but that really hasn't happen to often.

I watch them once. If I like the OP I’ll usually watch them until I get tired of it. I usually just watch the ED once whether I like it or not.

Well, call it overly sensitive, but I just prefer to go in blind as much as possible when watching an anime, so everything is spoiler to me. Even if the spoilers are of obvious things (which quite a lot of times they aren't), I would rather learn about them while watching the show, instead of being outright shown their clips. Where's the fun in that? Maybe it might not be that obvious when you watch the opening for the very first time, but it's not that hard to put two and two together after watching a couple of episodes and knowing what the show is going to be about. Especially considering most openings don't talk about the show's story as a whole, but that particular season and its arc. So it's even more easier to figure out the plot.

Only when the stream doesn't show them. I missed the entire set of openings from FMA:B that way. The only ED I purposely skipped was the Clannad: After Story one because I felt it didn't fit the anime.

I always watch the OP and ED. Sometimes anime hide sneaky details in each OP/ED that I can pick out, and if not, then I normally fetch myself a drink or check something else during them. I'm too lazy to work out the time I need to skip too, without missing a few seconds of the actual anime...

However, in some cases were I hate the OP with a passion (*cough* Tokyo Ghoul Root A *cough*), or if I'm in a hurry, I will skip it.

Openings and endings not only lay out hints to the series, but they're something people spent time on. So, I always watch them until I feel like I've gotten all I could out of them. Usually if it's visually or auditorily pleasing, I'll watch them both throughout the series, but most of the time, I stop after the 12th episode.

Skipping OPs and EDs for the sake of “saving time” is a sin and I will bash you for it.

For me it depends of the Opening and Ending, first i listen to both and if I like it, I'll listen to the Opening or Ending of the anime, also there's anime that I like more the Ending than the Opening or like more Opening than Ending and if I dislike the Opening and Ending, I'll skip it.
