| I mean, 90% of the time the original source material is better than the adaptation, but in a lot of shows there are 1 or 2 scenes that are personally more enjoyable to view in the anime rather than the source like in ReLIFE or in Tokyo Ghoul basically, I was wondering what other shows have scenes that are better in the anime version? |

| One Piece anime is generally below average, though the emotional moments are done rather well because of the voice acting and ost. |
| There were a few scenes in the mahouka anime that were handled better than in the LN. Like this for example. They made it much more fun and comedic scene than it was in the novels. |

| I'd say the entirety of K-ON! It's based of a 4-koma manga where the characters were dull, the artwork was dull and really the whole point of it was to get the girls into sexy outfits every few pages. The anime changes everything about that. It still has has everything about the manga that was bad, but it's overwhelmed by everything original Kyoto Animation added in, and made it one of my all time favourite anime |
| I mean, it's a very long list if we're being honest. If properly adapted any given anime scene should surpass the manga given the additional tools it's allowed to play around with. BUT, if limiting answers to the scenes that were slightly changed in the adaptation but still came out better than the source it's a far smaller pool of answers. Given that I'd have to say episode 12 of Tokyo Ghoul. Still great in the manga, but far better in the anime. |
