Fuutarou's rematch begins.
It is incredible that their second battle of knowledge is while she flees from her tutor.
I must admit that Miku is very clever when it comes to sneaking away, she disguises herself as Yotsuba (Fuutarou's lucky guy collides with her perfect breasts)
In the end both end up exhausted from so much running and talking, Fuutarou manages to convince Miku that she can improve and her sisters too, so Miku finally accepts the classes of Fuutarou .
The penultimate panel where she tells him to be responsible for it, ufff she is beautiful, I would not mind that she was the one who marries him.

Just a bit of advice:
While it's up to you where you read the manga, based on your use of "Yotsuha", I think you are reading with LHT's translation. For starters, her name is Yotsuba, but LHT has a lot of nonsense outside of this. Check the /a/nonymous version from Mangadex for better translations, and see the difference for yourself. Just an example from Chapter 5:

Miku doesn't seem to like studying. She is embarrassed to talk about this subject.

But I don't think it's impossible to put the quintuplets together.

Yotsuba is so beautiful. Miku is cute.
