If it isn't a short, it's still not a good sign imo, for small studios, only 1 production is enough of a struggle. Toji no Miko is an original anime production, original anime take more planning and need more effort put into them. Maybe everything will go well, but I'm not that optimistic, the anime industry is a mess right now, in terms of producing stuff at an alarming rate, too much stuff is being made, the staff and animators are underpaid and it just leads to not the best results. |

| I think, they will prioritize this franchise more than Koizumi-san (which probably get 4-10 minutes / episodes. since the source material (i found only 16 chapters so far in many scanlations) won't be able to fit if they do an usual episode duration).. Toji no Miko is a big project.. I mean look at the characters, staff, and seiyuus.. It has potential to be a franchise like Senran Kagura.. They'll launch Manga in Monthly Shonen Ace Magazine.. and also backed by Square Enix (for Smartphone Game), with more original characters.. |
