Well, it was a funny chapter. The first half, with all group's fun and Sayo stalk was good. The typical bath part in second half was great, where Rio let out her fellings and Manatsu bullying her about it. It's going to be a great arc.

Great chapter though I wish they were longer considering it's a monthly series but alas. Well probably the most interesting thing is how much exposure and continued development Rio is getting, no doubt this is leading to her eventualy acknowledging her feelings for Shouta and confessing? Feeling bad for Sayo she keeps getting ignored and sidelined but I guess that's what happens when there's so many top tier girls.

Rio build up is great, but I don't think that she will betray Sayo, considering that in this timeline Shouta doesn't in coma.

True I also don't think that Rio would try to get in between Shouta and Sayo when there officially dating but I got a feeling that won't last and there gonna break up leaving an opening for the other girls specially Rio to confess or try to get closer. As we know Rio and Shouta are a thing in another timeline and we don't know how or if Shoutas accident was the cause of the breakup between him and Sayo for all we know the breakup might of been caused by something else that we haven't seen and that may still happen.
