| The episode did not attract me that much in the initial and central part, the narration became interesting only in the final part, where it is finally explained what Chariot is hiding and what is the Shiny Rod. |

| Ok, but they didn't actually say anything about why Akko received the Shiny Rod and why she has to be the one. She basically just told Akko about the word collecting thing but didn't give any reason. I mean we pretty much knew all that already. What, is it because Akko is just so spunky and follows her dreams? For that matter why did Chariot give up the Rod in the first place. I think they implied that she had collected 6/7, so she gave up after not finding the last? Is it that she was physically unable to collect the last word? That would make some sense because it seems the person has to completely manifest (poor word choice) the deeper meaning of the word/expression for it to be "collected". Still then I wonder why Akko. I hope there will be a satisfying reason. |

Now that Akko has the big picture, I imagine she might start dialing in her focus now. Should get interesting! |

| Too bad Akko doesn't know that Croix is using her, Akko sees her as a mother figure just like Ursula. It was surprising to see Professor Ursula taking a chance for Akko, she even took her Chariot form to further use her magical power.  |

| Great episode again. Croix/Chariot really feels like the past version of Diana/Akko the more I look at the dynamics between those two groups, although Croix definitely grew to be more sinister overtime. The words look to now be the key element of the story for now as Akko realizes that she has to discover the remaining 4 words on her own somehow. |

| Chariot is extremely strong, and this is the first time we've seen her expose her power like this. Akko has learned much more. However, she still doesn't know that Ursula is Chariot. It looks like Diana may find out first, though. |

| I guess evil isn't the right word to describe Croix, because everything we do is for a reason. Diana is rude sometimes, for instance, but she's not evil. We now know that Chariot couldn't find and awaken the 7th word, so the Shiny Rod went back to "sleep"? for 10 years until Akko came around to reawaken them again. But where Akko is succeeding, Chariot didn't FAIL. Everything has its reason and I feel like Chariot was meant to be there as a mentor for Akko and for them both to have a place in reawakening all 7 words; rather than Chariot feeling like she's a failure! |
