| Wait. They talked about how they were under the kotatsu for new years last episode, now they talk about how they don't know what a kotatsu is? It was literally one episode ago guys! I don't expect much from shows like this but if you're not gonna give a shit about continuity at least make it so they're not one episode apart! ... Though since anime-chans are so great I think I'll look past it.. For now. |

I do like the little mushroom girl designs and the world itself is pleasing to look at. I think the script can be cute, but they could have made it a lot more fun for the idols. It feels like this anime was a way to promote certain music artists under a certain label and/or agency. I've noticed all the mushrooms girls are voiced by (former) members of FuWa FuWa... I mean, it's clear that they're not trained as voice actors. I'm not sure if they're tracing their movements or not-- I kinda assume that they are. It's a cute project idea, but I think it takes more talent than they're putting into this. You can totally make something like this work... if the script is good and the voice actors are actually funny and good at what they do. I'm all for making something just for the sake of making it though, so I'm just chilling, but I understand why others don't like it. |
