These responsibilities include recruiting new staff members, helping to manage staff, curating articles (choosing which ones should get featured on MAL's social media platforms), and moderating the club. Requirements: - Understand written English with native or bilingual proficiency - Demonstrate knowledge of the anime/manga mediums and their fanbases - Have a keen eye for what makes an article "good" Applying: As alluded to above, we believe that a successful admin needs to not only have a good grasp of the English language, but also have good intuition regarding an article's potential. A certain degree of creativity is also desired. To apply to become an admin, please write the full text (with images and/or videos embedded using BBCode) for an article that meets the five requirements below. The requirements are deliberately kept vague. You may write on a topic of your choosing. Note that the article must follow our article guidelines, which are outlined here. 1. Accurate 2. Relevant 3. Relatable 4. Engaging 5. Fluid Be sure to proofread your work — grammatical errors will hurt your candidature! Once you are finished, please send the article to Congress via PM.
