 This is an illegal suggestion for a couple different reasons. 1. anidb already has a button like this 2. People spamming the button could put a lot of pressure on the server 3. Because of things like hentai, unsubbed anime, unaired anime, and anime the user has already seen there would need to be a lot of customization available for the button to be helpful, which would be hard to program 4. There are random number generators and random word generators which could be just as easy to get recommendations from as a random database entry selector |

| x = total number of entries on your PTW list Here's a suggestion. Go to your plan to watch list and use a number generator from 1 - x and you have essentially gotten your random anime button, only to the extent of your PTW list though. |

| spin.moe is a random button site for those who do not want to use a script. There's options to use your list(s) for anime or manga. You can select from PTW, Completed, On Hold, Dropped, Watching, or all lists. There's even a random option for the full site. The settings button also lets you tweak specific things you're looking for like: Airing Status, age rating, episode count, etc. Check it out, I use it all the time when I don't know what to watch. |
