| I don't expect the Bengals to reach the playoffs again, but hopefully they've learned some valuable lessons from that debacle of a playoff game. Sadly, I predict Dalton's going to fall into his old habits as usual ('single reciever' vision being one that comes to mind right now) and McCarron is going to sit on the bench (even in games that are a sure-fire win). In the meantime, I feel confident in the Packers. With Jordy Nelson coming back into the team, things could be looking up this season. |

| Some frustrating moments in the Packers game today, but I got to give it to the Jaguars. They came to play... looks like their defense is on the way up and Bortles has some nice receivers. The Rodgers to Adams touchdown pass was crazy perfect. Couldn't believe he was able to throw a dart while being grabbed and Adams catching it on that tough angle diving to the ground is easily his best catch as a Packer. A win is a win, time to build on it. 1-0 |

| Expected my Niners to win today but not like that. The defense was killin' it all night long. The offense had that third quarter of doom that I'm accustomed to over the last... forever... but otherwise played better than expected. The Rams are a disaster though. I can't get hype knowing it's at Carolina then at Seattle. But I think the games could be better than I thought a week ago. Who knows, we'll see soon enough. I could be looking back at week one as the glimmer of light while lost in a dark cave of losses. |

| Gabbert played a solid running game but a rather trivial passing game that can backfire once we get to the tougher teams. We've got one hell of a receiving unit but if we can't utilize it come the tougher teams that don't choke like the rams did today, we're basically looking at an L. The Rams boast one of the much better D's in the league but their sloppy game today was what gave us the blowout win. I mean, we have those penalties to thank... Also, 22/35 throws for 170 yards... That's a bit concerning tbh. |

| I don't speak for all 49er fans but I don't dislike them. We haven't had nearly enough noteworthy quarrels before to actually dislike them. Although I do remember a couple of years ago where we won them 41-34. That game had built some nice tension between the two teams, but it was too long ago to care about any more. So no, not really. |

And that last "taunting" penalty on Pryor which offset a 20+ yd completion to the Ravens' 10 when all he was doing was trying to flip the ball to the ref?!?!?! My god...
