| +1 So Ra No Wo To Space Battleship Yamato 2199 Strike Witches Rose of Versailles -- Just Oscar, though her uniform changes depending on her rank, which unit she was commanding, etc. Revolutionary Girl Utena -- Utena and the student council members (including the females), wore military-style school uniforms (18th/19th century style with epaulettes, etc).
