So what are your thoughts?
No new OP and/or ED after winter break yet
Saten & other LevelUpper users(?) went to Loli-sensei's extra lessons
Eyebrow girl was really like confessing to Saten ROFL
And as I thought before, its aimed at the LvlUppers to tell them to train for their powers. It's a pity Saten and the other guy who tried hard didn't improve a lot.
Nothing else happened, I hoped they would go into the next arc :/ - maybe OPED change then?
I thought there will be new ep. this week, but I know it's out early.
Titles of new OP and ED listed in the OP/ED list were on the ANN, I submitted those titles, and the updator added the ep #. I think it might change after 5 eps? since To Aru Majutsu changed OP and ED at ep. 20 or so.
Kuroko is discussing about a new movie to watch with Misaka, who's with her in cafe and drinking juice. Misaka said she's not that into romance. Misaka is more into summer festival at a square. Kuroko said it must be for children. The real intention was her favorite frog character. Uiharu came late. Saten is studying, so she didn't come. According to Uiharu, she's in some kind of cramming school for students in many schools.
Saten is walking and her omamori fell off.
Saten, with the flyer to the cramming school, is in front of the building, it's at Kamijo's school? Her friend called her from behind. Two of them are tired from the stairs.
They are complaining about classes during the break and it's at another school. Saten's friends feel bad about Saten not be able to hang around with Uiharu.
It seems like those who are in the classes are those who used level uppers? (Wait, does that girl with thick eyebrows counts as the victims?) There are many people including the gang girl leading gang boys at the factory (Misaka used the biri biri to destroy the factory and the electricity of the whole city).
Chibi sensei told them to get in since they are in the way.
Today's topic is personal reality.
They managed to bear morning class. Saten and her friends are talking while the thick eyebrow girl, who sit behind them left alone. They are talking about the afternoon class (physical), which led by a scary teacher, according to how they described. Saten forgot her bento, so she went alone to check on the bending machine, which is not working because of break. She called her friends to go ahead and eat. Thick eyebrow girl called for Saten. She didn't notice her because her existence is so low. She thanked Saten for replying to her letters, but she wants Saten to write the letters first. She then told Saten that she put her letters under her pillows. She is happy to see Saten again, but Saten is scared of her.
She invited Saten to eat bento together, and when she heard she forgot her bento, she's going to share her extra volume bento. Saten, with hungry feeling, agreed to eat her bento.
Saten said her bento is delicious. She told Saten she has pressure in the classroom, just because they are the same. She's worried about the following classes. Saten told her she cannot help but the bear with it.
Afternoon class... the gang guy is complaining about the heat and the gang leader told him not to complain or not becoming cooler. The teacher is the long blue hair who is in the team of the soldier? She's going to test their energy by running. Saten's friends are out of energy, while Saten runs faster than them.
Chibi sensei is watching them from the classroom.
Many people are tired and gave up, while Saten, getting tired, is one of the few who still running. She wanted to give up, but the teacher gave her one more round to run. After completing one more round, she told Saten to run one more! Saten said it's impossible. Then the gang girl began to complain to her about it's not training. She forced the teacher to say that it was punishment for using level upper, but she said that's not it. She further explained that it's to surpass the limit. She showed that guy who is still running. He's the one who gave up the first, but is still running. She wants everyone to realize what they can do more (not to think about giving up so fast, and not to decide their own level). She is angry and going to punch the teacher, but she blocked her using one hand!
It's the end because it's raining, so they ran back to the building. In the building, the gang girl is still complaining that it's a punishment. They are afraid of disagreeing with her, so they said that's correct. Only Saten stood up and say it's not good to cheat. It's right to getting punishment for cheating. Fortunately, the gang girl didn't argue with her.
After she left, one of the friends blamed her for standing up, actually Saten was scared, too. Then another friend said it was brave of her to stand up for herself.
Chibi sensei explained that it's not a punishment for using level upper. She explained that the classes are for expanding the level since they have experienced the level higher. She told them to concentrate and think. Saten is thinking about Misaka, Kuroko, and Uiharu.
Last thing for the day is the test. After that, Saten's friends are going to have party for finishing the classes, but Saten is not going because she saw the letter sent by the thick eyebrow. After that, she and that boy who tried his best and ran the last said the same thing.
Saten was picked up by Misaka, Kuroko, and Uiharu. They wants Saten to decide on what to do since they have been discussing at the cafe: Movie or the festival.
I ♥Two Syaorans from Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE and TRC!!!
Otherwise the next episode looked filler from the preview so I guess that the new op will start when the imouto arc will start, that mean probably the episode after this one.
What channel did it air on yesterday? TokyoMX still aired it today. No idea what next episode's going to be about, but yeah, looks like either a filler or an anime-only story arc.

I found it by accident while waiting for a decent Hidamari Sketch raw. But I think it was from GyaO!, where it was streamed today (8.1.0).
Same happened last year with Index, when AT-X overtook MBS because they did only a 2 weeks winter break, what moved the first release from Saturday to Thursday.
I actually really liked this episode. Saten's getting much more fleshed out in the anime and I like that. All filler doesn't have to be automatically bad.
And iirc, next episode is not filler. Skillout is in the manga in any case.
Even though it was a filler episode, this one was quite good. It was relaxing and emotional. I really like how everyone in the gang is getting some main screen time in this series instead of focusing everything on Misaka and her railgun. Well, I doubt imouto arc will take up 10 episodes, so as long as these fillers are decent I could care less.
What a waste of time. If Saten didn't make any progress at all, what was the point? This show is reaaaally dragging its feet on Saten. It's starting to annoy the hell out of me.
To be honest, I actually thought this episode was quite.. lame. Sure, Saten is a nice character, I'll give you that. But to include a character like that arrogant girl made it so average. Trying to teach us a 'morality' class, but didn't turn out that well. C'mon, where are those promised action scenes?

Noooooo, I don't want a new OP. This one is already fine as it is.
Didn't really like this episode, I guess because it's filler. Nothing really added to the story and it only reiterated the fact that Saten must work harder to acheive her goals instead of taking the easy way out. Next episode may be good though, hopefully.
I'm with the the majority, felt the episode was weak and kept on dragging.

Skill out will be featuring next episode, it's basically those guys trying to kill each other with a metal pipe in the preview; its gonna be awesome :D

Agreed a very average on to verge to boring episode.
Besides there is nothing wrong with cheating if you ask me, if there is a loop hole in the system or if you can take advantage of others, do it. Why make things harder than they need to be.
Also if the whole ground basis for ability development is "self perception" those guys must have really week self esteem. I'd see myself as an invincible God xD
Perhaps that is why Accelerator is so powerful, he "know" just how much stronger that everyone else he is and therefore his powers subconsciously increase as well.
Man, i like that chibi sensei, she always surprises ppl :D
This show would be much more interesting if more of the characters from the first season would show up :)
Well, I didn't hate it, but I thought maybe it was a class for everyone who used the Level Upper, and I was right. The only thing I was wrong on was that I thought it was going to be a more sinister episode. It was still decent though, and the concepts that they had for why they were doing this to the students made sense. You already know what you're capable of with cheating help, now do it again with your own strength.
Well, I was hoping this episode would get into the next arc but I still enjoyed it. Filler really doesn't bother me if it's quality and this episode definately was. We get to see Saten's character fleshed out and see that loli teacher cameo XD I wonder if the OP will change next episode...I really hope it's as good as the one now
Kinda pathetic that this filler is better than the main plot.
I was kinda botherd with them calling level upper cheating. From what I gather being an Esper in NOT A GAME(I just lost the game)! Other than that I was kinda hoping for the fat kid to be a romantic interest for Saten. He was a bro! :P
