| Gundam Build Fighters kinda counts. Like for example Domon Kasshu the MC of G Gundam, shows up in both Build Fighters and Build Fighters Try. In the first one he's just a short cameo(with his family) In Try he's actually revealed to be the master that taught Sekai(the MC of Try) martial arts. My one dream anime would a complete Berserk anime, preferably by Madhouse |

Having a original character go into a bunch of other series probably has not been done in anime format. Something like this |

Though Fairy Tail did have a Rave Master cross over as both are by the same author. Also several Rave references in Fairy Tail too |
