So Yori disappeared.

Fumiko? Mari's past? Could it be that Mari was adopted or had a twin sister, or her name was Fumiko?

I am starting to think that Mari and Komori never changed bodies, just that that's what Mari thinks...

Interesting this fumiko person. I'm betting it's a deceased family person/molester.I know when you're remembering an abuse you don't quite remember, you tend to cry without knowing why. I'm thinking this. Or maybe Fumiko was just a dear person, but seems unlikely. Since the mother omitted her identity.

Edit: So fumiko is the girl, not the person? That's interesting. It seems she was adopted. Maybe the person died, and left Mari alone.
On a crazy note, it would be a nice twist: Fumiko was actually a boy who performed gender change while young. The whole "toy cars" gave it away. Mari is having an existential and sexual dilemma! Lmao.

I have two theories:
1: She had a twin sister that died and she had all these psychological issues surface to deal with that(maybe she WAS Fumiko but now acts as Mari?)
2: I don't know why but I think Fumiko was an older woman that kidnapped her. Why would the mom react like that when asked? Maybe she was abused?

All of this STILL doesn't explain why she "stalked" the guy and believes she's him.
Yori could be with the guy for all we know...

My theory:

1. Mari met this older guy that calls her Fumiko. She gets raped then she had amnesia. Then her mental disorder got worse because her parents didn't brought her to a psychiatrist. Now she has split personality disorder and thinks she is Isao.

2. Mari's actual name is Fumiko but because she was raped her parents decided to change her name to Mari in order to help her forget that terrible incident.

Maybe she used stalking Isao as a way to forget her own troubles, since it's easy to imagine he has a simple life, but that wouldn't explain having memories of when Isao pulled the stunt with the voice before. So he may actually be inside Mari.
It's definitely possible that she has a trauma involving the person in the Ferris wheel, but there is no indication that it's sexual. It could be a grandma that died, so I'm not gonna jump to conclusions yet. Being called Fumiko by the person could mean a number of things. The old person could have mistaken her for another girl, been so old that they do see her as the young Fumiko, or something. I doubt she had been kidnapped, as she seemed pretty calm so she probably already knew this person.
I'm gonna bet on the person being a grandma who believed Mari was her mom, and that her mom or mom's sister is named Fumiko.

I think it's not actually Komori inside Mari... things are getting pretty weird in these new chapters, but i don't really care i'm just looking forward to see more of the mari x yori lesbian scenes because yeah i think there will be more of this.

I lean towards the "adoption" theory. I like when a manga has me guessing what's going on and the last few chapter have been like that

Mari's mother is definitely keeping a secret. Finding out who Fumiko is could hold the answers, for better or for worse.
