i'am trying to find animes where the older sibling raises his/her younger sibling because the¡r parents left or died; it's something like the back story of siblings Inaho and Yuki Kaizuka in aldnoah.zero or Chifuyu and Ichika Orimura in IS; ( iknow these are side stories but if there animes with this being the main plot that'd be great) or even animes like Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai!or usagi drop

Aishteruze Baby is the first one that comes to mind, even though I hated it but it seems like something you're looking for. And they're not actually siblings; they're cousins I think.

The older brother and sister in Scrapped Princess devote themselves to protecting their younger sister. They're not that young though, 15-20 or so I'd guess.

aishiteruze baby(he raises her baby cousin tho)

ookami kodomo no ame to yuki(the love between parents and children)

sorry, the last one doesn't particularly target the one you described, but these are the only ones I could think of. Aishiteruze baby is the closest one to what you described.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai - I can recommend this, basically the male lead is in a harem-esque situation, because of the natural color of his hair the entire school believes him to be a delinquent and so they fear and avoid him, making it difficult for him to make friends. The same goes for the female lead with having no real friends to speak of, and so on his suggestion she makes a new club in the school in which he is the first member, the goal of the club is to "make friends", and so little by little people stumble on to it and join the club. Antics ensue on a near daily basis for the club.

But all in all what you're looking for is definitely in there, the boy named Kodaka Hasegawa looks after his little sister named Kobato Hasegawa, whom is a fan of anime and impersonates her favorite character as a Goth Lolita vampire heroine. She's cute and adorable, and there's also another girl about the same age named Maria Takayama whom looks up to Kodaka as a "big brother" as well as her older sister (15 years old) who also looks up to Koadaka as an "older brother".

I hope that helps and is enough to get you interested. :)
