I've played baseball up until my second year in high school and have done taekwondo from 11-14(15?) I believe. Nowadays I don't do much except when my friends wanna do something, like going to the gym or playing basketball. Then again that's like once or twice a week, so I guess not eating much helps and playing allot of sports early on helped a ton.

Gym four times a week and running six times a week. I eat a lot of sugar so those runs are keeping me from dying probably.

by not being spoiled rich first world kid that eats every hour and by sitting many hours on pc and "forgetting"/not having time to go to eat

i used to eat only dinner back in the day and now since i go to work and wake up earlier i eat breakfast and dinner but thats it, my brother for example eats like 4 times a day cus hes a lazy ass glutton faggot

I don't have to maintain my weight. Basically, I don't care bc I'm already skinny + I have a pretty fast metabolism so no matter how much I eat I never gain weight! It's getting irritating bc I'm pretty skinny some people mistake me for being anorexic.

I've got a really high metabolism so I can eat w/e the fuck I want. It helps to stay active though. Can't imagine looking like a beached whale.

I'm currently still in weight loss mode. In the morning I go jogging around my town. I consume around 600-800 calories a day. I weight lift 2 times a day every day. Basically I eat small portions of healthy food. And work out.
I'm down to 204 lbs from 295 Lbs. Or 92 kg from 133 kg.

I'm bored and I don't want to go to sleep yet so let's have a casual discussion.

Yup, I exercise a few days a week. I also maintain a healthy diet. Now and then I'll eat some junk food, but it's not much. I'm pretty conscience of what I consume on a daily basis. Eh, I've always been skinny, but when you're healthy and fit you can feel it. I've always followed the saying "look good, feel good". Whether I'm wearing a nice set of clothes, or I'm fairly trimmed, it makes me feel good.

That's like a single meal's worth of calories. Sure it might work wonders in the short run for weight loss, but as you progress you're just going to starve your body. It's better to lose weight slowly by taking in just a little bit less than your daily need, otherwise you'll end up burning yourself out.

Starving yourself and eating better isnt hard. Im amazed theres people 300+ pounds in the world. Im like 135, I once hit 140 and just went 1 meal a day for a bit and bam finished.

Completely agree, my method is 100% out of my control tho. But i completely agree it's not ideal in the slightest.
