Lol, with that season final I wouldn't exactly call it completely plotless.

The true meaning behind the latest episode of Gugure! Kokkuri-san.

Kokkuri-san was once a lover with Kohina. After spending many years together she died. He talks about how his life is long and hers isn't. So she got reborn. From the way he spoke. It sounded like he was repeating this hundreds of years. So he has watched his lover die multiple times. She would be reborn as a child and Kokkuri would care for her as a father. No chance to ever be a lover once again. Along with the tragedy of her never remembering him.

Possible theory.

But anyways, YES! 100% would watch a second season.

Them feels alright, damn! I know, me either. I had to let it sink in for me and it wasn't until reading Chibi's comment and watching his review "I was like oh, yeah that makes an awful lot of sense, wow!"

I love watching light animes but I don't think they have a high chance of getting a season 2.

Shame I didn't pick this show up when it was ongoing but glad that I managed to marathon it before the holiday mood completely vanished.

I'd surely watch another season but the season for this type of show is important, the Christmas & New Year's mood fitting it perfectly. Making another season around the same time next year might or at a later time might be too repetitive(though I'd prolly watch it anyway) so it'd be nice to have it in another season, for a different holiday.

That being said, I doubt a 2nd season was planned even if it the sales were great so we'll prolly get an OVA or two at best.

FUCK YES. One of the shows I enjoyed the most in Fall season. More Kohina and Kokkuri-san is always welcome.

Interestingly enough, I wouldn't mind another season of Kokkuri! ^^... I also want to see more of that little girl too (that classmate of hers).

Yes! I would really appreciate second season, but probably it won't happen. Still can't choose between Inugami and Kokkuri. Maybe another season would help me choose either on *cough cough*

I think I would pass on another season, but if they finally decided totackle the interesting stuff... maybe I'd try.
The comedy is pretty mediocre for the most part, the only thing that keeps me going are the emotional moments... I wanna know Kohinas backstory, as well as her connection with Kokkuri... but naw, it's always focussing back on the comedy I don't laugh at so most of them fall flat. It's a shame, really.
There is nothing terribly wrong with feeling lost, so long as that feeling precedes some plan on your part to actually do something about it. Too often a person grows complacent with their disillusionment, wearing their discomfort like a favorite shirt - Johnny C.

I'm totally in for another season! I really want to see a lot of other stuff like Tengu in his human form (which was only shown in the opening) and Kohina actually accepting that she is human. :<
