[center]No Game No Life Mafia | Sign-ups "Checkmate" doesn't mean you've simply cornered the enemy king. It's a declaration that the enemy king is yours It's like a game within a game within a game. Could there possibly be anything more fun? :) I wanted to create a mafia game based on a bit of a special premise for once. While the details will be revealed upon game start regarding how everything will work, let's just say that this game will be quite a bit more complex than normal. It will also be a free-for-all where everyone has different victory conditions. If you've never played a mafia game before, then this might not be the most recommended game to start with (though you're still allowed to of course). It sure as hell was easier said than done to try and script this (I even had to ask Jack to help me out since it was getting a bit out of hand for a while) but I think I should be able finish it up before the end of the week so I figured I might as well open the sign-up thread a little bit ahead of time. When exactly it'll start depends on how smoothly I'll be able to wrap it up and how fast people join, but I'm hoping to start it before the end of the month if possible. I should probably also mention that while it is definitely not needed, it might be a good idea to have seen the No Game No Life anime at least if you're going to play this, since a) it'll be a bit easier to get the hang of it, and b) there might be some light spoilers about the various races from the story included otherwise. The game requires exactly 16 players, no more, no less, so hopefully enough people will be willing to give it a try. My main gripe would be that our two protagonists don't win their games by intelligence, but mostly by luck or some weird kind of deus ex machina.
