After seeing the pics, what do you think of the censure in this?

It seems like the good folks at Pierrot have something against arms '-' The whole point of buying the BD/DVD, is so you can watch the uncensored scenes, gore and violence, (specially in a series like this) but from what i can see from these pics, there's nothing changed, nothing visually disturbing, just take a look at this pic in particular You don't even need to look closely, it's obvious that some scenes were censored from the get-go. Another good example is Himani's scene in ep. 3, i mean, seriously? That looks just like raw meat, where exactly is the need of censure? Of course,this is only up until ep 3, but quite frankly, i think the censure was meaningless and straight out retarded. Your thoughts? |

This is probably because the staff they tend to allocate to Shoujo is superior. Perriot is a business with lots of people working there. The Perriot employees/director for one show isnt the same for every show. |
| ^yeah ikr did anyone actually click the imgur link? the 3 pics the OP chose were the least significant pics in the whole thing. there's a big difference in all the other images. and i can see why a lot of those would be censored for TV. do people not click on links? The censoring of a censure is obviously there to keep all the censures looking the same and make it look better so there isn't a big obvious ink blotch in the middle of the screen. I don't see the misunderstanding in this. Make sure you use your mouse wheel and scroll guys. The votes in the poll are an astounding indication of how far people actually look. |

| I thought it was retarded I mean to get people to see the show you need gore why censor it ?! I mean for me you get my money when it is unsensored . I love the bloody gore and action. I will get the manga for sure And it was unessesary like the hand ,when Hinami eats, when Tsukuyama saves Kaneki When Jason twists Kaneki's leg ,when Kaneki stabs Nishiki multiple times gosh I enjoyed it more in the manga. |
