Watching:
You're watching a lot of stuff at once.
Baldr Force Exe Resolution - Glad you're watching this, it's pretty underrated. It has a very interesting concept that actually left me kinda depressed.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes - Only 16 episodes in and you already gave it a 10? You have good judgment. Then again, you have a ton of 10s so...

Completed:

School Days: I didn't think it was that bad, and yeah the ending was really good. But I kinda hated going through all the cliches for that though.

Paprika: Didn't find it as good the other Satoshi works.

One Outs: I usually avoid sports anime, but since this is also about gambling + Madhouse + artwork similar to Kaiji therefor I watched it and it's great. Not as good as Kaiji though.

Texhnolyze - I agree, the ending was perfect for it.

Saikano - It could've been much better.

Dropped:

Arakawa Under the Bridge - I almost dropped myself, can't blame you for this.

Azumanga Daioh - That's too bad, this is comedy pretty much at it's best.

Serial Experiments Lain - Why'd you give it a 9 and then drop it after 1 ep? lol that's weird.

Overrall you have a nice list, but you don't seem to take your ratings very seriously..

COMPATIBILITY 75% (High). Oh yes.

WATCHING - Yes, you watch One Piece, just like me. *Bro fist* it is the best shounen running. And you agree with me that Naruto Shippuden is worse than the original Naruto Classic or that the first seasons of Naruto Shippuden. The thing is that I dropped Naruto Shippuden due to this "OH SASUKE COME HERE" shit.

COMPLETED - Cowboy Bebop, Code Geass, Darker than Black, Fullmetal Alchemist, those animes are famous animes, and we of course watched them and loved them, but SIR... KAIJI! YOU WATCHED KAIJI JUST LIKE ME! A definitely must-watch with amazing art and story... Yup!

DROPPED - You put Fairy Tail on hold. Let me tell you something: ME TOO. This oracion six shit is veeeery boring, argh, I hate that. But as you said, as Fairy tail is finishing, I will probably finish it.

You list confused the hell out of me at first, then I realize what was going on. I am impressed and I really like the idea of having pictures representing each show, but this is going to get really messy if you pick up a lot of shows.

So much shonen, it reminds me of when I went through the same phase :D. You need to watch Gurren Laggann, I'm sure you would love it.

Not much of a critic, are you? Lot's of dropped anime, some of them pretty surprising since I've enjoyed them a lot. Also, if they're so bad that you dropped them, why are they rated so highly? List in general is a little plain (but who cares?). Overall, just different from what my list is.

Compatability: 64.9% (Medium-High) Meh, higher than I thought it would be.

Judging by your ratings, you seem to love generic romance(and sometimes too childish ) animes a lot, putting
Ano Natsu de Matteru, Toradora, Kokoro connect, Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! and Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo very high on your list. Imo i feel like all of them have very predictable and in some cases, cliche plots.

I respect your top 5 animes, i loved spice and wolf and nisemonogatari was okay(well im one of those people who preferred bake to nise)

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! was very cool too, well I didnt watch the ending yet but ep 10 kinda drove me away as it was starting to become more of a cliche drama/romance kind of anime, the show overall was very refreshing though from what im used to.

There are quite few animes that I would agree with on rating(Madoka, Steins, bake/nisemonogatari etc) but you dont see to like mystery/drama as much and it seems like you prefer happy endings as all of your top rated animes(that ive watched) have happy(to some extent) endings(well except for madoka)

It is kinda hard to judge your list since you only put 10-8 ratings on your completed animes, so its hard to distinguish between what you like and what you didn't.

You dont see to like dramas very much(anohana 6, clannad as 7, elfen lied as 7) and im kinda surprised at some of the ratings(gto at 7?monster at 7? i guess you dont like those psychological/slice of life animes as much)

It's kinda hard for me to recommend you anything, since my taste is vastly different from yours, i can say you won't enjoy Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and im not sure about EF(you liked other Shaft productions, but this one is pretty much drama all along, which you dont seem to be keen about). Byousoku 5 Centimeter is amazing and is a masterpiece imo, but again im not sure how happy you will be with the story on that one, its only 65 minutes though so i suggest you watch it when you have time cuz its a very well made movie.

I think you'll like Kanon a lot, i didnt finish it but its very heartwarming and it seems like your type of anime.

You dropped Sukitte Ii na yo which kinda surprised me, since you like those 'generic, romance' animes a lot. This one is about struggles in a relationship and its only like 13 episodes long, i think you will be very satisfied with that one, give it a second chance when you have time.

Overall, your list is kinda weird , there are some animes that i felt like were just horrible yet that are very high on your list, yet there are some animes which i think deserve the rating you've given.

@ Raikenzera

I actually really really like your list, there are just a few ratings i would disagree with, but overall, nice ratings!

I didnt really like clannad and it seems like every second person on this forum gives a 10 to clannad, which always surprises me, oh well.

Was kinda sad to see 5cm/sec only at 7, i thought the movie was really amazing, only explanation for such low rating i guess is how depressing you feel when you finish it, lol.

Rest of the stuff seems very similar to my ratings(madoka at 10,anohana at 9, steins at 10, ef at 9, CG at 10), so theres not really much to say except you have a very similar taste.

I'm not sure why you havent watched death note yet, but i think you'll love it, its really really well made 'psychological' cat and mouse anime, seeing as you rated CG so highly, i dont think you will regret watching death note.

Another one that i think you will love is Bakemonogatari(and its sequels, although i feel like sequels were weaker in production), seeing as you liked Madoka and Ef, i think Bakemonogatari wont dissapoint you.

Rumbling hearts is my personal favorite, it seems like your 'generic romance' anime at first but its very realistic and in some sense, similar to 5 cm/sec. I know you didnt like 5 cm/sec as much, but i dont think you will be disappointed with this one.

For the mystery/psychological animes, i highly suggest you watch paranoia agent, its one of the best 'mindfuck' animes i've watched and it gave me shivers when i finished it. It might be too confusing at first, but you enjoyed NGE and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, so im guessing you'll fall in love with this one.

WATCHING

Chuu2: Childish? Yes. Funny? At times. I'd be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy this show at least occasionally. I didn't hate any of the characters either; however, I felt that some of them didn't really contribute much to the plot. Speaking of plot, there really isn't much of it until the last few episodes. The show had a great deal of potential, but its exploration of the concept of chuunibyou was very incomplete and brushed aside in favour of comedy and moe antics. The drama was rushed and felt extremely contrived. And the ending was....unsatisfying, to say the least. Pretty much a summary of what I said here.

COMPLETED

AnoHana: I'm glad you noticed that its ending was way too melodramatic. That's essentially what I felt as well.

Bakemonogatari: Good to see you enjoyed this as well, since some people are turned off by the abundant amount of dialogue in the series. Truly a character interaction driven anime.

Haganai: Not sure why I even bothered to watch this, and why I'm continuing to watch the second season. Objectively speaking, the series is mediocre at best. One-dimensional characters, an interesting concept but complete lack of a plot, and don't even get me started about the clichés. Despite these flaws, I actually sort of enjoy watching it. Probably because I'm a carnivore, though.

5 cm/s: That scenery porn. The first episode of the movie was undoubtedly the best. The other two parts were a little underwhelming. The ending was pretty feels-inducing, though, especially when considering how realistic it is. Not everything works out perfectly in real life.

CLANNAD: Some of the arcs were fantastic; others were...disappointing. I don't know why you thought Fuko's arc was horrible, as I felt it was probably the best part of the series.

Code Geass: I'm only going to comment on the second season. I tried to like it and ended up remembering it because of the ending (which was fantastic), but it seemed like the writers wanted to get to the conclusion so badly that they didn't bother to do a quality control check along the way. Compared to the first season, the plot became so convoluted and nonsensical that it was hard to take it seriously.

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien: Watching this right now. I'm only on episode 7, but I can already begin to feel the melodrama kicking in.

Kokoro Connect: The series started off well, but eventually just became a combination of forced drama and bad writing.

Madoka: My all time favourite anime, although I still think there are many problems with it. Won't go into detail, but the problems mainly have to do with the lack of character development and its reliance on shock factor to maintain the viewer's interest.

Steins;Gate: Why did you become disappointed at episode 21-23? Keep in mind that S;G was based a visual novel, so the adaptation didn't have as much freedom as an anime-original work. If you enjoyed the series, you will definitely enjoy the visual novel, as it contains multiple routes and explores the Steins;Gate universe in much, much greater detail.

Haruhi movie: Who's Nagase? I noticed you wrote Nagase in your CLANNAD entry as well. Aside from that, I basically agree with your comment. Fantastic directing, an intriguing plot, great character development, and excellent animation and musical score made this one of the best movies I've seen to date.

ON-HOLD

Kimi ni Todoke: Don't pick this up if you don't enjoy being bored out of your mind. The pacing in this series is INCREDIBLY slow. It takes several episodes for the anything significant to happen, and while the romance between the two leads is cute and heart-warming, it is quite a burden to watch the series until it reaches that point.

Welcome to the NHK!: Pick this up again. I wouldn't call it a masterpiece, but it is a fantastic piece of work that SHOULD NOT be missed. It features some of the most realistic and three-dimensional characters I've seen in the anime medium. Although their problems are exaggerated for dramatic purposes, you'll find it easy to relate to every single one of them because most people nowadays will go through the same issues.

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo: Mashiron is S-tier waifu material. That is all.

Toradora!: Give this show a chance. While you're correct when you say that the plot is generic and predictable, the characters make it worthwhile. The series doesn't exactly do anything that hasn't been done before, but its does everything well.

PLAN TO WATCH

Angel Beats!: Not the best series out there, but watch it just for the sake of its popularity.

DMC: This show is freaking hilarious.

Kino no Tabi: Never will you find more wisdom in an anime series.

Usagi Drop: So heartwarming that it makes you want to be a father yourself.

All critics are subjective.

To me, dropping a show isn't always bad. Sometimes I recognize that a show is still the same quality it always was, but I know that I am finished with the show so I cut it off early. I'm sure you've heard the saying "you can have too much of a good thing". There are also many shows which I feel are really good, but I am never in the mood to watch so they end up neglected.

Our lists are very similar content wise, I am just FAR less of a completionist XD

Watching - You gave a 10 to Fairy Tail. Through you gave a 8 to One Piece. Tell me what is going on, please? One Piece is the father of Fairy Tail (literally, Oda which created one piece, also created fairy tail), how can you rate it 8? :P

Well there is not much at your list to comment... It is confused and theres only watching... Ok anyway.

Oh my goodness, you're pretty dedicated to Anime aren't you!

anyways

Watching : I can see you're really into shounen animes, that's a kind of anime I have experience myself. One Piece, Naruto and (i've seen a bit of) bleach are actually all great. i'm kinda mad you gave One Piece an 8 over Fairy Tail a 10. But that's knitpicking.

Completed JEEBUS THAT'S A LOT. Getting the just of it, I see you're taste in anime is mostly in Shounens. Pretty nice list actually. I agree with a lot of your ratings, except for one, when you gave the 1999 yu-gi-oh a 6 ( :C )

Plan to watch Well, trying to relate with what I watched, Soul Eater was a pretty good anime.
Gurren Lagaan Apparently a lot of people think that Gurren Lagaan is childish. I really don't think so, it's actually an awesome anime. I think that should be the top priority on your next watch list :D.

Dropped Awww, Full Metal Alchemist? Jeeze, I loved that show. Well, if you ever get back around to watching it, I'd definitely recommend it. One of my favorite anime (Even though I haven't watched many).

welp, I hopes that satisfies you as a comment

Also, I hope this doesn't rub you the wrong way, but your background makes your list really hard to read.

IF I GET NINJA'D, I'LL GET SO TICKED OFF

EDIT: OK, ALRIGHT, YEP, GOT NINJA'D, NOPE IT'S FINE

@Lupadim

I see you post here a lot, and your love for One Piece is really nice. I myself love One Piece, but haven't managed to finish up to the current episode due to pressure from friends to finish many animes.

Completed I don't know why the compatibility chart isn't working, We pretty much like the same shows. Which means in my eyes (opinion not fact) that you have pretty good taste. I haven't seen Darker than black though, i've been meaning to see it. LOVED CODE GEASS, great anime. I loved the ambiguity and the end, so it can spark conversations
DBZ was a great nostalgia train watching it now. and One Piece is a great shounen that in my eyes, is a lot better than most shounens out there.
Dropped Oh, Bleach and Fairy Tail, the two I dropped within 6 episodes. Nothing to see here. I actually kinda liked Fairy Tail, but the reason why I dropped it (oh damn, I got in a huge flame war because of this) Was because I personally felt the style was a lot like One Piece. And I could never get into it.
Plan to watch Er, sorry, you have some animes I might wanna watch too. If you ever get around to watching them, hit me up, i'd love to hear if they're good or not.

Suggestions I think you'd really like Gurren Lagaan, Full Metal Alchemist and maybe Steins;Gate. (Not betting so much on Steins;Gate).

Anyways, I hope you don't feel ignored just because this Comment took too long. I hope to hear what you wrote about me!

Compatibility is unknown? Why? :P

Watching - You are watching One Piece. You watched it until episode 537. You are a strong willed sir. Watch it till the end! You will see a lot of awesome fights, and some new attacks that Luffy learned (wont spoiler anything, but one of those attacks are a gift from Ace). Cant say much because I didnt wathched any other animes that are in your watcing.

Completed - Code Geass - 10. Bro fist! LOVED CODE GEASS TOO. And I see you watched Fullmetal Alchemist and gave it a 10... WOW. So watch Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. It is a remake 10X BETTEr of Fullmetal Alchemist. Until episode 15 it will be very like fullmetal alchemist, but after episode 15 the history will take a HUGE NEW PATCH, and the ending is AWESOME. Fullmetal Alchemist is all plotholes, brotherhood is pro. You gave a 10 to Cowboy Bebop, I liked it a lot too (I am watching it actually), and you gave a 6 to Naruto, which is kinda surprising. Naruto classic is somehow good at my opinion (shippuden suuuuuucks)

On-Hold Brotherhood on-hold? WATCH THAT.

Dropped YOu dropped Naruto Shippuden, good decision. I dropped it while next to episode 140, huge time waste (it is at my on-hold list but I'll drop it). Also, you didnt liked Fairy Tail? This is veeeeery weird, because the first episodes of fairy tail are veeeery awesome :O

Plan-to-watch WATCH KAIJI. IF YOU LIKED CODE GEASS, DEATH NOTE AND OTHERS, YOU WILL LIKE KAIJI. WATCH KAIJ. WATCH KAIJI. WATCH KAIJI.

WATCH IT. It is about a man (Kaiji) that have some debts, and to pay them he goes to a cruise to make a kind of bet, which evolves inteligence, cheats and outsmarting your opponent. Through, if he loses the bet, he will become a slave and die. It looks boring, but it is AWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESOME.

And I also HUGELY RECOMMEND Darker than Black, AWESOME ANIMES with DAMN MEMORABLE CHARACTERS and the best fights I ever watched.

Well thats it probably. Compatibility 100%! Added.

@ Lupadim Here ya go!

Watching:

One Piece: I don't agree on giving it a 10, although it's great it fails in comparison to the Manga
Cowboy Bebop: I Agree with a 9, although I haven't completed it from what I've seen so far the ranking is agreeable.

Completed: I agree on most of your rankings put aside Naruto and Darker than black, although I gave DTB a 7 I still feel as though I gave it too much credit

On Hold: Drop Naruto and keep yourself happy with where you dropped it.

Plan to Watch: I recommend Akagi prior to watching Fate/Zero

Dropped: Good idea dropping Bleach

Recommendations:
One Outs: same man who did Akagi/Kaiji same style and pacing you'll enjoy it as you did Kaiji

Monster: I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of your genre preferences, it gives you a good understanding of what a perfect story is.

@Lostprophet, not going to post again but I'll do yours while I'm here

Overall: I think you rated to easily, I know a lot of it can be opinion based/preference however I don't believe as many of those are masterpieces as you make them out to be.

Watching:
Cardcaptor Sakura and Clannad: AS are both extremely good I'd place priority in Clannad: AS over anything else in your currently watching

Completed: To give Mushishi such a low rating compared to some things that you have given 10's/9's I'd have to disagree, but that's a matter of opinion...

For the most part you have a great taste in anime from the looks of what you've watched.

On-Hold:

Monster: Get it out of here now.

Code Geass, GTO and Index are all worthy of being put off-hold I recommend continuing watching these sooner than later.

Dropped:
I don't know why Psycho-Pass, one of the top 3 anime starting in the previous season, and even holding that while continuing into this one.

After dedication to one Piece, I hope you're keeping up with the manga

Give Prince of Tennis more of a shot then just one episode! (I just have to say this, I love this anime lmfao)

Watching - One does not simply watch One Piece 588 when it is not out yet, sir! And one does not simply reach episode 588 and them give One Piece a 8 :O ! I see you are watching Hitman Reborn.... Do you recommend me it? Also, I dropped that weird Fairy Tail, uh. ALSO, WATCH THAT KAIJI! IT ONLY GETS BETTER WITH THE NEW BETS HE WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH! E-CARD AND SHIT! BETTING A EAR AND FOUR FINGERS FOR 100 MILLION! WATCH THAT!

Completed - 8 to code geass, 8 to death note, 8 to Akagi, 8 to Angel beats, err, you gave a lot of 8s... To awesome animes :P! You gave 6 to Naruto, which is weird, people usually like Naruto Classic (and hate shippuden cuz it suuuuucks). If you liked One Piece, Fairy tail and such you will like Inuyasha. Its a shounen not very long (the first season + the second is like 100 episodes) and WITH ROMANCE.

On-Hold - Cowboy Bebop? WHY? Its awesome!

Dropped - You dropped bleach, but at episode 277. Sorry, you wasted a lot of your time. And you dropped Naruto Shippuden very lately too... :P

Plan-to-watch - WATCH KAIJI! SO YOU CAN WATCH THE SECOND SEASON.

Oh, and thanks for the recommendations, my good sir. Updated my list.

GoldenBRS, your apparent lack of effort I find insulting to those above you. If you have nothing at all to say, then dedicate your time elsewhere (gtfo). Skipping because I don't give a shit.

@RGM2013

Is this really your entire list? Some of the anime you're watching a a little obscure for most newbies. But it seems you like mecha a lot. Tekkaman, TTGL, GaoGaiGar, Gundam, etc etc. I like some more than others, but I don't really have a problem with any of them . Gundam Wing was at one point the coolest anime when I was a kid.

Hajime no Ippo is a one-of-a-kind sports anime. The show pumps you up so much and gets your adrenaline racing. The fights are amazing and well-choreographed. I haven't read the manga yet, but I plan to very soon. Apparently, the matches later on in the story are even more intense!

Neon Genesis Evangelion is a very polarizing anime. One one side we have people praising it for destroying the preconceived notions of mecha, and on the other, people who dislike it for being too "pretentious". I am the former. I think people are too bogged down by what the show means and not what the shows makes you feel. I've read many lengthy posts on the matter, but in the end, I like Eva precisely because I feel so many emotions when watching it.

You should probably watch Patlabor. It has a more realistic approach to the walking robot kinda thing. Overall, small list so not much to say, but some good titles in there.

I think you really underrated Baccano and Berserk.
Judging from the rate you gave Lain and Boogiepop Phantom I see you need anime with a rather straightforward story-line.
After I saw your favorite anime I've noticed that you kind of watch random anime and don't have a particular genre you like.
Also the amount of anime you've seen shows that you aren't picky about anime you watch.
You best be joking, nigger.

You seem to be into more psychological, thinking-type anime. A bit surprised you enjoyed FMA and Berserk but not some of the other shounen. Also would have expected Higurashi no Naku ni to score higher from your list than what it did.

Angel Beats!- Glad I'm not the only one who didn't see what was so special about this anime.

Berserk- Great revenge tale, and the movies arent bad either if you can look pass the CGI.

Bleach- Even as far as generic Shounens go I think 10 is extremely generous.

Code Geass- I have to disagree here, I felt Geass was fan service masquerading behind some terribly pretentious story.

Dance in the Vampire Bund- Yeah, it's only good if you like naked lolis running around.

Death Note- 10 is a little high imo because of the lackluster second half.

Dragon Ball Z- It's hard to rate Dragon Ball Z, on one hand it's one of the things that got me into anime but on the other hand they milked the series so hard it's not even funny.

Ergo Proxy- I agree, really loved this series. It's nice to see some substance over style now a days.

Evangelion- I see you're watching the rebuilds first, I'll tell you they are dramatically different from the series but still really good so far.

Fate/stay night- It's not as terrible as most people make it out to be but still is very generic.

Fullmetal Alchemist- Great series, probably the stand out of the 2000s.

Mousou Dairinin - I can understand not liking Paranoia Agent, but a 1?

One Piece- Not a battle shounen fan as you can tell, I just find them terribly boring and shallow.

Berserk, Death Note, Cowboy Bebop, Ergo Proxy, FMA: B

Disagree:

Madoka Magica -was it the whole magical girl thing? lol
Phantom

Haha, the comment about Dance In the Vampire Bund. It's even funnier that you finished watching it you hypocrite! lol. I want to watch it because vampires are sweet and there aren't very many good vampire anime out there, but I don't think I will because of the loli shit.

^The first thing that strikes me about your list is the question it raises: How in the fuck do you have nearly 1K anime in your PTW list? Other than that, you seem rather generous with your ratings, giving out a lot of 8s and 10s, as well as a decent number of 9s. It seems to me like you rate anime based on your enjoyment, rather than rating them from a critical standpoint, which is fine be me, I guess. It also surprises me how much polish your list has, It's one of the nicest looking lists I've ever seen, and it's the only one where the entries react to you hovering over them. All in all, your lists looks nice, but the rating system is sub-par, so I give your list a 5.5/10

Note: I'd like to know what everybody else thinks of LittleOtakuStar's list as well, just look him up, you may be a bit shocked.

P.S. If there's one thing in that (Impractically) huge PTW list that you should tackle first, it's definitely Bebop. The first four episodes are not great, nothing to sneeze at, but not great, episode 5 is where it really gets good.

Watching
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - it was ok, the villain was interesting, seaqson 2 was boring though
Monster - i want to watch this but the its lenght is the reason why im avoiding it

Completed
Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage - i thought this season was better than the first
Bleach - someone actually completed this, congratulations
Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch R2 - yup plot holes everywhere but it was damn fun
Cowboy Bebop - not a 10 for me, i thought it was quite good but the story wasnt particularly interesting
Fate/Zero - best animation in anime history? Redline, 5cm per second, Sword of the Stranger are heck of a lot better when it comes to that an as far as anime series goes i thought that Lost Canvas Meiou Shinwa did it better without the terrible CG that FZ constantly used... that aside the anime was quite good, the ending was anticlimatic though
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - id have given it a 10 if it wasnt for the rushed start
Hotaru no Haka - heartbreaking stuff
Mars of Destruction - a legend that defined a generation

Plan to Watch
Berserk - low budget animation an boring first half
Ergo Proxy - cool protagonist an confusing plot
Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica - great action scenes, fantastic soundtrack, engaging plot an lame cast of characters
Redline - probably the best animation on anime so far
Steins;Gate - engaging plot, great cast of characters an memorable ending... i recommend this above all the others

WATCHING

Haganai NEXT: ...YOU DARE INSULT THIS GLORIOUS MASTERPIECE? Jokes aside, I agree with you that this anime season sucks. So does this show. No idea why I'm watching it.

Psycho-Pass: Man, I love the concept of this show. It definitely has potential for extensive philosophical and moral exploration. But I'm afraid to start it in fear that the writers will brush aside this potential in favour of mindless action.

Shinsekai yori: Yet another person who seems to enjoy this show. I haven't watched it myself, but I'd certainly like to know about all the hype surrounding it. Everyone I talk to claims it's an underrated gem and its low rating is merely a result of a particular distasteful episode.

SAO:SAO: Wow, I had no idea this even existed.

COMPLETED

Angel Beats: ...yet a terribly contrived story that is rushed and poorly explained.

AnoHana: Didn't find the characters to be particularly annoying as you did. I actually found Menma to be the most annoying out of the cast. Ending was too melodramatic for my liking.

Bakemonogatari: The dialogue can be hard to follow and many jokes and puns have been lost in translation, but it was definitely a unique series with very interesting characters.

Haganai: WEAK plot? I think you mean NO plot.

5 cm/s: Why does it feel unfinished? The message that the movie is trying to convey should be pretty obvious. In simple terms, it's that things don't always turn out as planned and people move on.

CLANNAD: The only character I found to be "annoying" was Nagisa. I can see why you would find Fuko annoying, but I personally didn't. You probably thought the plot was weak because it's divided into arcs that don't really relate to each other. However, I found that some of the arcs were extremely well executed. As for the others, they paled in comparison.

CLANNAD: Afterstory: You have be aware that this series was adapted from a visual novel, which is why it could not take the liberty of crafting its own ending. While I can agree that the ending was unsatisfactory, it shouldn't drastically affect your judgement of the entire series.

Code Geass R2: So the trainwreck of a plot that became a convoluted mess, "because I told you so" style of storytelling, irrational character decisions, and completely absurd plot twists didn't bother you at all? I guess a good ending is all that matters to some people. I'll admit that it had a good ending, but it seems like the writers were in too much of a hurry to get there that they forgot about quality control.

Darker than BLACK: This is a series that really didn't work for me, and I have no idea why. I liked the characters, the two-episode format was a unique concept, and I had no complaints in terms of the sound or animation. I guess it's because the story wasn't too strong and became too jumbled towards the end.

Death Note: No comments about the vastly inferior second half?

Denpa Onna: I hope you're aware that the series wasn't exactly supposed to have a plot. It's a series about character interaction and deals with the issues one faces when growing up.

Dragonball Z: I guess it's the nostalgia factor that puts this anime so high in your ratings, huh? Fair enough.

Elfen Lied: Judging by your description, you gave this a 6 only because of the annoying characters and nudity?

Fate/stay night: I can agree with you on this one about the extremely annoying main character.

Unlimited Blade Works: Yeah, but this was a terrible and extremely rushed adaptation of the second route.

Fate/Zero: I agree that the second season was inferior to the first as well. I don't recall the details, but I believe the first season was more focused on character development and I loved that aspect of it. The second season was extremely rushed at the end and left out some instrumental scenes.

FMA: Brotherhood: It had some pacing issues, but was overall a very well-rounded production.

Highschool of the Dead: Didn't expect you to rate this so high, as you seem to dislike anime that don't have much of a plot. I'll admit that I was turned off by the incessant fanservice, but the series does exactly what it promises to: it delivers mindless fun. I give it credit for that.

Hotaru no Haka: Dunno why, but this movie honestly didn't affect me too much. I mean, it was a good movie, but nothing extraordinary.

Inferno Cop: Can't tell if serious.

K-On!: I personally thought the second season was better. I don't see why you're complaining about the lack of new characters, as the series is about the bond between the 5 members of the light music club. Also, it's a slice of life series, so it'll obviously be repetitive.

Madoka: Basically agree with you on everything, except the cast, which felt like mere plot devices.

Mars of Destruction: Comedy gold.

Mirai Nikki: LOL, you gave it a 6 just because of Yukiteru.

The Legend of Koizumi: LOL THIS ANIME. Pretty sure it offended a lot of people in China.

Welcome to the NHK!: The animation was the series' biggest downfall, but it was nearly perfect in every other department. What do you mean by "the story goes downhill in its second half"? The series is divided into arcs, so are you just saying the later arcs are worse? Also, your low score makes it seem to me that you've missed the point of the series.

Requiem for the Phantom: Another anime whose praise I fail to understand. Too many things just didn't make sense to me. Character decisions were completely irrational too often. Nice ending, however.

SAO: ...how was the animation inconsistent? I thought the show had fantastic animation, but not much of anything else.

Toradora!: I did not find this series to be melodramatic at all. The bond shared between Taiga and Ryuji is one of the strongest depicted in its genre. Their feelings toward each other are genuine, therefore the drama does not feel forced at all.

PLAN TO WATCH

ARIA the Animation: I would normally recommend this to most people, but I can tell by reading the comments on your list that you WILL NOT enjoy it. Don't watch it, as you'll probably be bored out of your mind.

Chuu2: This show does comedy decently. Unfortunately, it doesn't do drama very well. Chemistry between the two leads is fantastic, however.

Eve no Jikan: Nothing really happens in this, but it's thought-provoking and philosophically meaningful.

Kino no Tabi: Never will you find more wisdom in an anime series. Extremely thought provoking, but you'd probably find it boring.

Kokoro Connect: You probably won't like it.

Monster: You'll DEFINITELY enjoy this, if you can past its initial slow pacing.

Sakurasou: You probably won't like it. Starts off promising, but becomes pretty shitty.

Serial Experiments Lain: Judging by the fact that you were confused by Ergo Proxy, I wouldn't recommend this. It's even more abstract and confusing.

Index/Railgun: Watch Railgun if you like watching cute girls doing cute things except with a lot of fighting. Watch Index if...you like boobs and lolis.

Usagi Drop: Pretty sure you won't like this. Nothing really happens and the story is incomplete.

Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei: This series is very similar to Welcome to the NHK!, except with as much dialogue as Bakemonogatari. It's also extremely abstract at times and has very interesting animation. Give it a try. If you don't like it after one or two episodes, drop it because it features a Groundhog Day-esque plot loop.

- Watching -
Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo: I agree with the rating given, extremely enjoyable to watch with enjoyable characters.

Mushishi: I haven't completed it myself but from where I have left off It only gets better

Serial Experiments Lain: Congratulations you're watching what in my opinion is one of the top 5 of the later 1990's

Monster: 10/10 I hope you enjoy it as much as I did

Psycho-Pass: It's nice that you're watching both and Ghost in The Shell at the same time, you'll be able to draw a comparison

Kaichou wa Maid-sama!: Much like Sakurasou no pet in terms of enjoyment.

- Completed -

Aria the Origination: I'd love to hear your feedback on this; I plan on watching it in the near future.

Welcome to the NHK, FMA Brotherhood, Baccano!, Tengen Toppa gurren Lagann: All well rated, I couldn't make any complaints if I wanted to.

88.8% Dang, that's the second highest compatibility I've had with someone's list.

Angel Beats!- I more or less agree with your score, it wasn't bad but it wasn't special either.

Baccano!- While good I just didn't think it was worth watching more then once but I can still agree.

Bleach- Agreed, just another run of the mil generic shounen.

Code Geass- I scored this one a little lower but that's just my personal dislike of the characters probably.

Darker than Black- Had high hopes for this one after watching the stunning trailer, but it ending up being very slow and not going anywhere.

Death Note- Interesting score, I generally find that people either like Death Note or absolutely hate it but I see you're kind of in between.

Dragon Ball Z- I gave DBZ a 6, but that's mostly because it got me into anime to begin with along with Pokeman.

Fate/stay night- Agreed, I wouldn't say it's the most offensive thing I've seen, but it is generic.

Fate/Zero- Yeah, It has it's moments but they are short lived and the ending is just a cluster fuck.

FLCL- Same scores, FLCL is one of those off beat series you either love or hate.

Fullmetal Alchemist- Great series, both of them.

Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica- Great at moments, average most of the time.

Naruto- Yeah, I find this to be the most tolerable out of the big three but that's not saying much.

One Piece- This probably where you and me differ the most, as I absolutely hate One Piece lol.

Samurai Champloo- I found it had entertaining action.

School Days- Yeah, Isn't the worse thing I've seen but it's pretty bad.

Sekirei- Agreed, If there was ever a more generic main character in an series I'd refuse to believe it.

Serial Experiments Lain- Love this series, I own the bluray set and it's the pride of my collection.

Another- i had high expectations of this show, since many people compered it to Higurashi. Needless to say I didn't get what i was looking for. I still found the show ok at best, but it does not deserve to be set in the same sentence as Higurashi.

Bleach - The worst out of the Big 3. Kubo's bad writing is evident all over the series. It started off good, ended up real real bad.

Elfen Lied - This show had a lot o potential, but fell short. ARMS is not known to make good anime (or hentai for that matter) and it is evident with Elfen Lied. Moreover, the manga is not very good as well, I just feel like this story could o been so much more, and ended up sucking in both versions.

Highschool DxD - I've heard it was a good echi, however I hate echi and as such dropped it after a couple of episodes.

Highschool Of the Dead - Mindless fun, hot girls in short skirts fighting hordes of zombies, what not to love? Well maybe the predictable plot, shallow characters and mindless fan service.

Serial Experiments Lain - One of the best shows i have had the pleasure to watch. It has so much in those 13 episodes, it could of easily been 26. Great anime, and everyone that hasn't seen it, has to give it a try. A must watch.

Sword Art Online - It threw itself off a cliff after the first arc ended. It had great premise, and for a time it really did shine. However the second half was just terrible. If it ended at ep 14, it would of been much better, and would of deserved a much better score. But it did not, and so it does not.

Soul Eater - i found it enjoyable, a good shounen. I feel that it will go the way of FMA, and once the manga is finished, we'll get a Soul Eater 'Brotherhood' as it were. No reason why there shouldn't be one, and I feel the story could of been so much better, let's hope the manga does it justice.

Watching:

Naruto : Shippuuden : I will admit i have some bias towards it but none the less i honestly think it is a great show love the story from the start till the Pain arc invasion the war arc is a little rough with the fillers and what not but there are big plot twist coming soon and i'm really looking foward to it . 9/10

Completed:

Black Lagoon : I really didn't enjoy it maybe because i watched a lot of action US movies but the action in it is pretty cliche and the story arcs didn't really appeal to me the cast of characters are cliche as well 6/10.

Black Lagoon: second barrage : It is better than the first season no doubt about it the twin arc is good and messed up and Blalaika shines as a character it made me like revy more that's for sure but i disliked it a little that they implied that she likes Rock 7/10.

Code Geass R1 & R2 : This show really took me by surprise iv'e known about even before getting into anime ( it was really popular in the interwebz) and i was putting off watching it because ( I dislike mecha , miltary and the art seemed ugly) but i was fucking hooked from the second episode i was like omg omg like the whole time it made me not care about the stuff i disliked and made me love them i marathoned it and the second season in under 3 days and the ending really hit me emotionally and left a trace in me for days i would give this a 10 but the second season had too many plot twists to the point it was predictable that they are gonna happen in certain places in the story but none the less i enjoyed as a whole 9/10 ( i would have given a 10 but i want Bakemongatari to be the only 10 in my list D: ).

Neon Genesis Evangelion : Was really boring what ever message it was trying to reach it didn't hit home for the most part i think it was about the human psychology and mind in Shinji and the others but i really didn't think it was something special maybe if i watch the EOE it will make watching those 26 eps worth it but im too lazy to do that :P 6/10.

Toradora!: My favorite tsundere romance i think all the characters were likable except kitmura ( he was so meh..) but loved the drama in it . That confession scene just made my heart melt and it has one of the best kiss scene iv'e seen in anime . The only bad thing about it imo is that stupid council president arc was really terrible it really felt like a chore going through it and the ending was a bit rushed and i just wish they gave Ami and Ryujii relationship a chance they had great chemistry. 8/10.

Plan to watch:

Bakemonogatari : I highly recommend this i gave it a 10 i really suggest you watching whether you like my taste or not .
It has fresh and compelling dialogue amazing visuals and animation interesting plot and has a really Unique set of characters and very great voice actors that suites them exceptionally well.
You should watch it it has Ghara-chan aka tsundere-chan in it :3

Steins;Gate : You should watch it to see what's the fuss about i gave it an 8 but who knows it might be your new #1 anime

Durarara!! : It has amazing plot with interesting characters it starts a bit slow so have some patience when watching it 8.5 .

Watching

Fairy Tail - My favourite of the main four (OP, Naruto, BleacH, FT) , which I think is def mainly due to the huge cast of likeable and amusing characters, I don't think there's a char I disliked at all.

Naruto Shippuden - I preferred this over naruto, the plot is far more intresting and the stakes a lot higher.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai NEXT - I really liked the first season, the cast was great and I have just started watching NEXT and it seems to be just as good so far.

Completed

Bakemonogatari - I really enjoy the monogatari series, tho my personal fav is Nieso, as I felt Bake weak points where its plot and the dialogue could drag when it was explaining the supernatural. While Nieso every piece of dialogue was just pure wit, the characters interactions were even better, somehow Hitagi was even more badass cute and we finally get to have shinobu talk which was awesome.

Dragon Ball Z - I think you have your nostalgia goggles on with this, yes it is one of thee most influential animes, but the show itself really drags. The fan made DBZA is far superior with cutting out filler, and replacing the lame dialogue with laugh a minute lines.

Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch - I liked this series a lot, though each season had its own strengths and flaws. But in the end I enjoyed both pretty much equally even if they are for different reasons.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn! - Ugh I had to drop this, I found a lot of the characters incredibly annoying rather than funny.

Soul Eater - Pretty much hated it for same reasons as Reborn, except the chars in Soul Eater are somehow even more annoying, its as if the series was personally created to piss me off.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - Epic, I always find it hard to write about what I love about this show, I just do.

Death Note - First Half is pretty good, with enough tension and dramatics to coverup the poorly written characters and plot, but the second half the weakness of the writing become to apparent and then its just a long slide into the shit pool.

Steins;Gate -I love this series despite its flaws

Sword Art Online - One of the most controversial anime to cone out in a while, with a either you fanboy it or hate it divide, which leaves me in the middle ground going its alright... the animations is great and the concept is good, and the music is pretty good as well. Everything else you can mention though, goes from mediocre at best to absolutely shit at worst.

Mirai Nikki (TV) - I really enjoyed this show, as Yuno is one of my fav chars, as I really like yanderes >:)

Dropped

Fate/Zero - ..... pick it backup now! this does everything tht SAO did well i.e. animation, music, concept, but unlike SAO it did basically everything else very good as well, great characters , interesting and mature story, the shows production and writing is pretty much flawless. The only flaws of the show are the fact it has to tie itself in with its retarded brother fate/stay night, the 1st ep is info overload, and some people subjectively feel the arc in the2nd season where it deals with one of the mages past affects pacing, but that's about all its flaws. The fact you can finish SAO over Fate/Zero, is showing pretty bad taste.

PTW

Kampfer - Guilty pleasure of mine, if you go into the show watching it as an ironic parody of echii harem magic battle anime like maken ki, rossario, you would will prob get more enjoyment out of it. Also Gender bending always gets a plus from me.

Shiki - One of my fav anime horrors, the first half can be pretty slow(not that it bothered me) , but that 2nd half when shit hits the fan, is one of the most intense and brutal last episodes in any anime.

Naruto: Shippuuden -> Great show, although fillers are ruining it and animation quality has decreased. Good that you're reading the manga.

Sword Art Online -> Went downhill after the very first episode

Completed:

Code Geass -> Agreed with your rating for the series

Death Note -> Lots of people say the series went downhill with the second half, but I disagree completely. Death Note has a deep meaning behind it, which was brilliantly shown in the last arc.

Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica -> Don't remember when I last time saw anime with such a boring cast

Monster -> 10 is the only option for the show

Steins;Gate -> Somewhat disappointed in the ending, hoped that something tragical would have happened

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann -> A certain incident shouldn't have occured so early in the series, enjoyment dropped a little after it.

Plan to watch:

Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha -> Absolutely amazing cast and character development, action scenes are done gorgeously

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou -> Probably the funniest comedy anime I've seen, shows how people would really act in real life situations.

Trigun -> Pure hearted, funny, badass main character, even if the story didn't have any kind of plot, I would have watched the series just because of Vash.

Usagi drop -> Heart warming anime, Rin is one of the best child characters I've seen

Gintama': Enchousen - Gintoki clone arc was boring an i wasnt interested in watching the old episodes again so i dropped
NHK ni Youkoso! - it has a pretty good first half but it goes doewnhill towards the end, sometimes the animetion can get really bad as well
One Piece - ill watch the final ep if it ever ends

Completed
Baccano! - not a 10 for me but i liked the characters an soundtrack
Berserk - i was dissapointed with this, i like the ovies a bit more despite the hillarously bad CG
Byousoku 5 Centimeter - yes it had outstanding animetion but thats all it had to offer
Clannad: After Story - it was a bit better than teh first but that ending was awful
Cowboy Bebop - it had some awesome characters an good music but the story wasnt particularly interesting
Dragon Ball Z - i loved this but i admit its mostly cause of nostalgia
Elfen Lied - it had fantasic soundtrack an engaging plot but the characters were annoying
Fate/stay night - extremely annoying protagonist
Fate/Zero 2nd Season - i thought this was inferior to the first one, fights were contstantly interrupted or extremely one sided an the ending was anticlimatic
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - id have given this a 10 if it wasnt for the rushed start
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai - i thought this was better than season 1
Kara no Kyoukai 3: Tsuukaku Zanryuu - this was the movie that i liked the most from this series
Sword of the Stranger - amazing action scenes

On-Hold
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 - it was ok, the ending is quite memorable

Dropped
Full Metal Panic! - this was boring an i alomst dropped it, the spin off called Fumoffu is much better

Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail I hope Funimation will dub this now. Really want to see this.

Gintamia Really need to see why every love this so much.

Mirai Nikki (TV) Very terrible show -_-

Nice list layout, sensible rating aside from Freezing, the big 3(not a fan whatsoever anymore), and a few others. What I don't get is how you have the HOTD ova on your list and not HOTD.

Watching:

Higurashi
Psycho-pass

Completed:

Baccano!
Clannad After Story
Code Geass
Steins Gate
Toradora

Dropped:

TTGL (don't understand how someone didn't like it...)
Sakurasou (Not the best, but I still found it pretty good)
Eureka Seven
Guilty Crown

PTW:

Fate/Zero (Much better than Fate/Stay)
Ef: Tale of Memories (Not great, but pretty good)
Shinsekai Yori (don't be turned off by the shounen/shoujo ai it doesn't last long)
Steins;Gate Movie (El psy congroo)

I agree with you on nearly every rating, but Naruto a 1? And SAO a 6? Meh, besides that I like your list. And before the next person replies and asks why I rated nearly everything I watched a 7+ that's because I extremely low expectations of every anime I watch.

Watching

Gurren Lagann: One of my favorite anime. I honestly didn't expect it to be as good before I watched it.

Completed

Chaos Head: Terrible anime. Had some neat ideas, but was wasted on bad characters and a poorly executed second half.
Code Geass: Very entertaining anime, but I wouldn't give a 10.
Death Note: Again, I wouldn't give this a 10, mostly because of the second half.
Infinite Stratos: I don't like harems.
Steins Gate: My #1 anime.

PTW

Fate/zero: Awesome anime, but beware of long dialogue (though it didn't bother me personally).
Robotics;Notes: Not as good as Steins Gate, but worth a watch.
Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu: I'd recommend it.

I'm lazy but this won't be long, so here we go :D

BACCANO A 10!? Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn. It was okay but I actually had quite a bit of trouble sitting through it, especially at the beginning. The middle was pretty good, though. I may have been harsh on it (don't remember), but I wouldn't give it higher than an 8.

Rated AnoHana way too high. Don't know what anyone sees in this steaming pile of moe.

FLCL 7 why? Lower than AnoHana? Two lower than Princess Tutu?

You gave a good rating to Madoka though so at least there's that. I forgive you :D
