| Talking is a process in which the facial muscles, the vocal system and various mouth bases muscles, like the tongue, etc, works in conjunction to produce sounds in order to communicate. There are various difficulties involved in this, such as different regions utilizing different systems of sounds (called "Languages") to communicate. But so long as both parties involved utilize the same language, there should not be too many barriers present. To OP, I would suggest utilizing this "Talking" if you wish to communicate with someone.
