| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- VERY Brief summary: Sakazawa gives Jun an ultimatum making her think Kazumi was in danger. Jun has no choice and meets Sakazawa alone as he requests, they confront each other and encounter a man rather than Kazumi bound to a pole by chains, A kid appears shortly after whom Jun recognizes from the tunnel. It turns out Sakazawa was being tricked himself. Understanding what Sakazawa went through I don't blame him for hating devil beasts and not knowing much about them you'd assume they're all the same, it's unfortunate that he only saw Jun for who she really was as he met his demise. |
| His daughter and wife were killed by a beast, poor guy. That kid is the leader of the beasts, or at least that is what he seems to be. |

| This was supposed to be a crucial episode but it's so badly written I just can't buy it, same thing happened with the last episode before it. |
| What happened? It's like all of a sudden this show got worse. The animation in this episode was bad, the writing was bad. At episode 9, I found myself thinking that this show was getting good, but with a dozen episodes remaining, I wonder if this show will manage to stay engaging until the end. |
