| After 1,5 years of having the same OP, any new opening is welcomed, especially something like this new OP. The song is melodic and overall pretty catchy, but wow the visuals are as over the top as the previous OP. It showcased a lot of the future events in the clips that it had so some anime-only may be put off by that, however, it's all generally amazing to see. This ep left off where the ep from 2 weeks ago did, Kaido has fallen for a few seconds before coming right back up, he wished to fight a strong opponent as strong as Oden was and the Akazaya samurai won't cut it. As he unleashes the barrage of invisible slashes, Kiku is the one who got struck by it, severing one of the arms. The animation here is wonderful, for such a hugely pivotal moment, it's only right that they emphasize the shock in such a manner. Aside from the going-on s at the top of the dome, it's business as usual in the skull dome, Luffy is still making his way to the top whereas the plagued ice oni spreads like wildfire. Chopper will FINALLY begin working on that in the next ep as the preview states. It's good to be back with One Piece, with the new OP comes a new year of One Piece, there are still way more chunk of the arc ahead of the anime, so sit tight and enjoy! |

| Literally nothing during the episode Luffy and Sanji are still running. They fight useless and no names dude like it's a bit difficult. Then Jimbei comes and what, he one shoot him, but for some reason they just stand there for 12 minutes speaking how they need to hurry up. Then the useless samurais are just cheering and like always they just cry because of Oden and don't finish Kaido ... how long are they still gonna drag it --' I wish One Piece would just pause for a year |

| The episode was slow again, main highlight is Kikunojo’s arm, always seemed like the weakest. Probably Chopper will find a cure for the onis. |

| I know it gets redundant to make this point with each new opening, but man...they just keep delivering the A+ hype. I'm glad this is the one that I get to catch up on because I'm in no rush to see it go. Obviously, Kaido wasn't going down that easily. The OP makes me wonder if, just like Page One, he has that half dragon form that actually makes him more combat ready. Kiku getting sliced up at the end was a real jaw dropper. That + the blood pouring out of the wound...Wano has really amped up the graphic violence considerably. |

| Glad the new opening didn’t have spoilers. And we have our first major injury with the Samuri. Going to be hard for all 9 to survive. Luffy really does need to get up there as quick as possible |
