Hell's Paradise was a butchered productional wreck and M(ID)APPA tarnished its reputation when it should've gotten similar treatment to Jujutsu Kaisen. I consider it the only good modern fighting shounen manga.

If we're being brutally honest here, One Piece doesn't even deserve an anime.
If we're terrible honest here, Bleach doesn't even deserve a manga.
sadly true man. should've just remained a one-shot, would've wasted way less pages that way.

It starts off great but after sometime one can see inconsistency in the animation, the plot starts dragging with too much explanation as a result of which it ends on an unsatisfying note. I consider Jigokuraku to be on the same level as my favorite new generation shonen that is JJK but sadly the anime doesn't live up to it.

Yeah, the OP and first two episodes feel like they were worked on by a completely different team than the rest; the nosedive in production was jarring. The manga also has this delicately free-flowing visual presentation that's very beautiful and neutralizes the expositions. Meanwhile, the anime's direction lacks any artistry. Quality felt more like that of a long-running shounen occupied with churning out the weekly episode on time as opposed to a flagship seasonal battle shounen. Too bad this was an afterthought from the studio despite inherently carrying far more potential for greatness than CSM.

Not a big fan of the JJK manga because I don't like its presentation and the stuff past Shibuya Incident, but the anime is one of my favourites from the genre. The direction for S2 in particular has been amazing so far and it'll be adapting one of the best arcs in shounen to match.

CSM was a perfect adaptation. Moreover they added extra contact to enhance the source material.

Nah, the Claymore anime is still the best adaptation it could have realistically had honestly.

For me, OPM S2 of course. And nanatsu no taizai, rip :(.

some events are changed a little bit, there are noticeable fillers throughout, pacing is kinda wobbly at times, occasionally characters go in and out of model and it also ends like 50 chapters before the actual ending. all in all, it's on the better side of the bunch but it's still noticeably worse than the manga.

I don't mind the rearranged events, pacing and fillers, they gave certain characters more characterization and made them more memorable, and characters going off-model at certain parts is something that always happen in anime. Also DGM is not even close to ending, the manga is still being published, so I see no issue about the ending other than it ends on a cliffhanger (which was needed as the manga was going through a hiatus at the time).
I can respect you preferring the manga, but saying the anime is garbage is beyond harsh.

For a good adaptation of the manga, anime needs to have at least 48 episodes not 26. If you really think the anime is good, then you should definitely needs to read the manga. The anime is rushed, skipped some content, only adept upto 11 volumes and what made it even more worse is the awful anime original ending.

No, it did not surpass the Manga
SHAFT should have adapted all those Manga I mentioned because other studios simply cannot create the appropriate ambience for Seinen

Gallop, Deen, Madhouse, Shin-ei, and TMS have all made great adaptations of seinen manga.

It's not out yet in fact it's out next year. It's called Mato Seihei no Slave. I started reading the manga last night and remembered there is an anime of it coming out. I watched the trailer and did it look back compared to the manga.

obv Hell's Paradise & CSM I doubt anyone who gets triggered by that opinion have read those thoroughly

I'm mostly disappointed with Aku no Hana, the animation is ass and the butchered art-style is so unattractive, why would they bother with a tryhard philosophical route if they wouldn't bother adapting the part that makes Aku no Hana good ??

07-Ghost, I think.

I think it would have been more interesting if someone else was in charge of writing the script.

The Promised Neverland, I don't even need to explain the reason lol, the score I give to the second season is my rate for everything but the plot.
Toilet Bound Hanako-kun, at first sight it's actually fine but when I take a look at the anime adaptation again it feels like they made cheap new brand of the manga. The inconsistent quality of the cutesy-manga-like animation style... overall is just, meh. Well, I think that's just my personal problem since everyone like the anime but me.

The Golden Kamuy anime had some janky CGI in some parts. It mostly looks fine, but a lot of people didn't watch it because of the CGI.
Chainsaw man had a similar issue, although the CGI in that one wasn't really bad, some people just hate CG. Maybe Berserk 2016 traumatized people too much to ever watch another CGI show?

Tokyo Ghoul adaptations are the ones that bug me the most. They had such rich material on their hands and the result is... very mid battle 'seinen' with shit-ass animation.
uh oh!
