This episode broke me again... wow this episode made me cry for the mother (which i really hate her at first).. even though she was a shitty person but she regret what she doing all this time and want to make Miri happy again. I think that's what got me the most. Miri gonna be traumatized her whole life when she found out what happen with her parents. Miri didn't deserve all of this. One more episode left, please be happy ending. I can't keep crying again. |

That's what happens when you force drama and rush the plot - The show turns to total shit-fest! Are the two planning to lie to Miri about her mom from now on? And what about her irrelevant dad? That topic will also resurface eventually. "We assassinated your shitty father, and your mom GOT KILLED because Rei's dad didn't like his assassin son getting attached to you. But we do love you, so sorry? lelz". No matter the age, Miri will be BROKEN. The betrayal, the lies - this is just so tragic for her. And just to remind you, this is a comedy show, lol! No way this can have a happy ending. I mean, I can imagine some BS sugarcoating when it comes to Miri forgiving the duo, but the ED will no longer feel the same. Playing cheerfully ED with smiling Miri is now a slap in the face. Fuck this shit. Hurr durr, bad writing, lazy wiring just because I say so hurr durr. For starters, just because Kazuki is a profesional hitman doesn't mean he should be completely flawless. Most of the series it showed that Rei was "the muscle" in this team and did most of the dirty job while Kazuki was "the brains". You can argue as much as you want that they were a lousy team, but that doesn't equate to your lousy "bad writing" rant being right. Secondly both Kazuki and Rei haven't been doing "hit jobs" lately because Kyo-chan had them on just surveilance and recognizance jobs since they slacked off and lost some rep due to being full time parents. Any professional player (pick whatever sport you want) will lose skill if they don't do any practice in a long time, same concept applies to the killing business both Rei and Kazuki live off. Regarding the continuation on your angry rant about Kazuki's plot armor and his inability to react towards the imminent danger of an assassin arriving at Miri's house, it's nothing but absolutely horseshit. People under duress don't react the same as regular people under normal circunstances. It's not some sort of on/off switch that you can simply switch and you become an unkillable and flawless killing machine. Even trained cops and army corps can freeze up if they have to react on a last minute call on duty. Regarding the point that action comedy shouldn't have any deaths is just pure BS. Please, show me this book of rules that state that action comedies should leave character deaths out. I can easily think of a couple of live action comedy movies that involved deaths as plot points, such as Kickass, Zombieland, or Shaun of the Dead. Anime isn't stray to this concept, we even had Akiba Maid War last season involving the death of one of the protagonists in it's last quarter of it's runtime. Your last paragraph isn't even worth to reply to, because it's such a mess of just plain anger and questioning something that hasn't even happen yet. |

| Kinda expected them to kill of Miri's mom somehow. I agree that its heartbreaking that she had both her real mom and dad die. But at least she'll have a new loving family that will do nothing but support her. Also her having two dad's in Japan will definitely raise some eyebrows. People are going to think Rei and Suzaku are married, but maybe they already thought that. |

| Worst episode of the anime so far, it was such a lazy script trying to rush to the end of the work. Now with their mother dead, they can be a family again, just happiness! Super simple huh. Wasn't it enough that they had killed the girl's father? My profession is a hitman, my daughter and her mother are in danger. I have a gun pointed at the head of the guy who wants to kill them, why don't I shoot? I just keep thinking about the future, how they're going to explain the death of her real parents and how she's going to deal with it. |

| had a feeling miri would return but damn, didn't expect the mom to die. both of miri's biological parents have died, that's rough. first half was quite sad, an empty and quiet house without miri, at least rei wants to step up and kazuki as well have become miri's fathers again. i felt it when rei said, "i was a breathing statue." |

| feels like things are being rushed, with the change from 13 to 12 episodes especially, probably due to the schedule change. that's really unfortunate, but hopefully it doesn't end too badly. |

| i extremely disliked that miri's mum had to die. just felt like it was deliberate for the "plot" of 2 papa's taking care of miri. if they wanted they could talked it out and kazuki or rei could have married miri's mum and they could have been a real family but nooooooooooo. fuck this. i hated the mum but after seeing her try to change just to die :( they want to get out of the business but i don't think rei's boss will allow it like that. i say rei and kazuki should kill the boss and the dude who killed miri's mum and then move cities. looking forward to see how everything works out in the last episode as i don't think there would be a 2nd season. also looking at how depressed their life was after miri went i couldn't help but think what kind of turn the story would take if imagine kazuki was late and miri had been killed. that would have been fucked up but the story would have taken a very dark turn, something like how they both now go against a whole hitman organization and kill every last of them or they just stay depressed and commit double suicide. would watch something like that ngl. |

I like more the idea of sending Miri to orphanage and when she grows up they reunite back... but still about Miri's feeling..... that's not the best thing to do. Miri still need her mom's love. Two father's nothing, they can't replace her mom. Unless Miri growing up without mom from the start. Well whatever happens, happens.  |
| Damn I feel conflicted about them technically being the reason Miri's mom dies. Even if she was going to die anyways. It feels wrong for them to lie to Miri about the truth concerning her parents, I really hope they address that in the next episode because they shouldn't just pretend they are a perfect and happy family. |

I feel so bad for Miri's mom, just when she was getting her life back and starting to actually make an effort to be Miri's mom, this happens(plus she already had cancer which makes her being killed by a hitman seem kinda pointless? Idk I honestly thought she was gonna die from cancer, not this). ;w; I hate Rei's father and his hitmen so much. But Rei more or less said "sorry not sorry dad but I'm moving in with my husband and our daughter especially since you killed her mother" now if he could actually tell his dad LOL ;w; |

| I knew they would do something to get Miri back with Kazuki and Rei but killing off the mother like this and then them deciding to step out of the hitman business and living happily with Miri is the most stupidest asspull way of doing it, really hated it. If it was going to end up like this I wish that guy would have succeeded to kill Miri too. Also that assassin guy had multiple chances to finish off Kazuki but we have his plot armor going strong, shit writing at it's finest. |

| cmon!!!! i was rooting for the mom - she really wanted to change and live a normal life with her daughter. she was going to be dying soon anyways, didn't she say she was sick and didn't have a lot of time left? i'm incredibly distraught by this episode. bro's telling her "hang in there!!!" bro she was shot can you at least put pressure on her wound/help slow the bleeding? the fact kazuki can't even shoot that bozo who killed her. man what??? kazuki and rei already lied to miri saying her mom will be back,, i'm curious to see if they'll keep up that lie (or if the whole subject is just dropped by next episode) & also if they'll avenge her mother's death by killing that guy. i wouldn't say this ruined the show for me, but i will say that i just don't agree with how this episode played out. |

| Yeah Miri's mother was right. That was no environment to raise a child, but unfortunately it was too late and she paid the price... So our boys realize sending Miri off to some orphanage would be awful for her but the only way to properly raise her is if they get out of the assassin business. Easier said than done. Well let's see how it's resolved next episode. Also Miri should find out about her mother probably. |
| Look rushed... Rei father is an organization mafia boss but he doesn't actually look like it in this episode... He seems like... Hesitate... But have to do it because he's the boss of some mafia known family. Of course they have to kill the mother, now the buddies daddy decided to take care of Miri... Want will happen next? Rei dad having a change of heart and approved? Or Rei have to kill him to take care of the next Suwa family business. I'm pretty sure they will kill that Miri's mother killer on the next episode. For those who think Miri doesn't wake up on that noise is ridiculous are actually never live with kids and heavy sleeper adult... And that guy using a silent pistol... Of course it's not so noisy... But it's actually ridiculous when 'neighbours' are all heavy sleeper or deaf since Kazuki actually shot a normal pistol and it's loud xD |

How is Rei going to escape his dad's evil wrath? I'm glad they both realized they need Miri in their lives. It was definitely boring and dull without her. | Another emotional episode. Sadly, Miri loss her mother. I do want her to go back with Rei and Kazuki but not this way.. I hope the two dads will make Miri happy as they will become a real family. |
