| oof talk about a disappointing way to end things. i'm fine with a happy ending and all but to just take 276 chapters of development, twists and turns and just throw it away for a happy ending in 18 panels, after all this time, is quite unfortunate for a story with so much potential. |

Toman becoming the biggest gang and merging others into it is just shown in a single panel. Hanma is just some guy. Holy fucking shit this is rushed as hell. Downright insulting. But my god. Finally. | Very disappointing. I already saw this coming, but seeing this unfold is infuriating. So at the end, only Takemichi and Mikey matters. Meh. This is supposed to be the most important/final timeline, but Wakui just skipped how things were resolved. All the character development is now gone, too. |

| I know a lot of people do not like this ending, but I do and I'll continue to like it. People wanted a gruesome, bloody ending which was never going to be the case because... TAKEMICHI CAN LITERALLY TIME TRAVEL!!! He would've kept changing things until it was perfect which was what he done!!! I can't wait for the final chapter and to say goodbye to this awesome series! |

| I’m pleased that the series is getting a happy ending where everyone is alive BUT I would have liked a few more chapters to be like “Now Kisaki and Kazutora are with us, Draken didn’t get stabbed and Bloody Halloween never happened.” Just showing important characters like Draken and Baji back from the dead with one TINY panel felt like an insult to the readers who read their painful deaths. Time travel in media is always a mess. I’d have preferred if Tokyo Revengers had done what happens in the Time Traveller and Takemichi realises he can’t save everyone as people are bound to die in certain situations which he can’t control. It would be bittersweet but I’d prefer it better than this hollow “everyone lives!” ending. In this timeline, Mikey and Takemichi are omniscient, they know everything that is going to happen. How boring. I’ll be happy if the wedding provides some pretty art of Hina in a dress but more impressed if the series ends with some massive twist none of us saw coming. |

How the fuck did Takemichi and Mikey manage that? Is Kazutora in this timeline not traumatized by his father and what happened to his family? How the fuck did Takemichi and Mikey manage that? And worst of all, obviously, is Kisaki. Tokyo Revengers started with the problem that Kisaki finds ways to sneak into Toman and destroy everything and everyone dear to Mikey and Takemichi. We even learned his reason for that at some point. But now, that's all meaningless because in this timeline somehow Kisaki seems to be normal? Does he somehow not have a crush on Hina anymore? What's his fucking deal? Not every character deserves a happy ending. And to be honest, I even think that Mikey doesn't deserve a happy ending. If you had asked me one year ago what my biggest fear for the Tokyo Revengers ending is I would have told you "that it's a everyone lives happily ever after ending" and now look at this bullshit. I put in my own post that a “not everyone can be saved, you can’t control fate” moral would have been a better addition to the story. They said “this is our revenge” but revenge on who? Kisaki’s their friend now! Hina is alive! Revenge on fate? Fate was weirdly never mentioned in this story. |

| I have come to expect this from a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago. Exactly from the moment Draken dies, maybe even before, but definitely when Draken died. I knew this series ending will utilize the time leap to be a permanent fix to all the deaths and events that have happened in the timeline. Sigh... Another story ruined by an overly rushed, mediocre ending... I mean for what it's worth I am happy that the characters are all alive, but come on. A GREAT TALE, involves tears being shed as nothing is ever perfect. In one chapter alone, all the developments of the previous characters and all the hardships that they have gone through are all nill. Nothing. Even if the ending was like this, it has to have a minimum of AN ENTIRE ARC of Takemictchy and Mikey fixing up all the shit to create the perfect present, but in one chapter? Nah. That's akin to shooting oneself on the foot. |

| Welp, so the author went for the mega happy ending. Well, we all knew it could go this way, so its not much of a surprise. Underwhelming? Yes, but predictable. Overall was enjoyable until the previous time leap, I'd give it a 6/10. Now for the final chapter and the happy conclusion. |
