But that number 2 on her shirt makes me believe she’s either an Android, Vegapunk’s daughter, she’s impersonating Vegapunk, or maybe there are 2 Vegapunks? Whatever the case may be, Egghead island looks extremely interesting. Can’t wait to see what Oda has in store! |

Until proven otherwise, she is Vegapunk as of this chapter. It's interesting that people are in disbelief that a genius scientist could possibly be female, though. How dare Oda give us another plot-relevant female character. /sarcasm This isn't that deep, basically everyone were expecting Vegapunk to be a old guy or cyborg. |

Its finally time for him to shine The only way I can imagine Franky shining is if making use of Vegapunk's technology or devil fruit in this arc he somehow recovers his body so that it becomes a totally organic natural human body again without the machines. This would be a great character development, and would make Franky a lot more likeable. |

| Well it happened, we actually got to see Vegapunk for real this time, so surprising that all the speculations about being a male and then Oda drops a surprise gender switch just to make things more interesting Can't wait to see how it will progress from here and what will Egghead island reveal to us |
| Vegapunk is a girl? Or its a clone? We will find out after next week(may be). I swear to god for a second I thought this girl was uta, they both have kinda similar design. Overall a good chapter. |

| Yeah, we know, but can we please just appreciate being able to see the Thousand Sunny in action again after well... Years?!? I thought they were about to Coupe de Burst the fuck away from heat mecha-shark but well ofc they wouldn't just leave Luffy and Chopper behind. But nevertheless, they ended up getting separated anyways. This has been a recurring thing for major arcs for almost a decade. This might be a good thing, just in case, the entire SH crew got suppressed by Dr Vegapunk. Luffy, Jinbe with the help of Jewelry Bonney could bust them out or something, though I hope that won't be the case this time cuz that particular trope is getting old for now... Ok, now speaking of what the others are talking about... 😱WHAAAAAAAAAT DR VEGAPUNK IS A CUTE GIRL?!??!?!?!??!😱 Considering what we know of Dr Vegapunk and how Oda likes to troll the reader with surprising gender revelations. I am not certain that Dr Vegapunk is actually a cute, young girl with that adorable side-swept bangs in her tight onesies, capable of operating a gigantic iron giant robot. I'm just gonna assume that she's either Dr Vegapunk's descendant with her surname being Vegapunk, or that she's a clone of some sort. Clones exists in One Piece with the introduction of Germa 66 and even the Pacifistas and Seraphims. Unless we are officially told, nothing is certain for sure. But anyways. Let us appreciate the 2 beauties this chapter has given us. Both Bonney and Vegapunk look cute as hell on God. |

| And finally after over 100 chapters the manga finally becomes interesting again. Really cool to finally see Vegapunk appear, I guess the number 2 probably means that, that's like Vegapunk's second body or something. Maybe Vegapunk changed bodies after their body came under danger due to aging or something. Or it's the boring Vegapunk bot, Vegapunk clone, Vegapunk child whatever solution to the mystery of the illusive number 2. Or who knows maybe Vegapunk just really likes the number 2 and just has it on their clothes for no reason. I wonder how Oda's island 500 years in the future will look like. |
