| As interesting as all these flashbacks were and as much as we need them to gain insights into the higher workings of the House (as we couldn't learn much if any of this by sticking with Kate and co's perspectives), I'm simply not attached to or invested in Barbara, Maryrose, Christopher etc. to truly enjoy these flashbacks. And I guess in Shadows House, there can be no greater act of defiance than escaping entirely, even if that means death. Well done Maryrose for getting one over Edward even at the very end (although, until we explicitly see them dead, they could of course still be alive). |

It gave me the impression that that's not the true. Either Anthony killed Cristopher in the coffin, or Cristopher really fused with Anthony and is now pretending to be him for god knows what purpose. Great episode btw We are thinking along similar lines. If Christopher truly died, how did Anthony escape the adult wing? Moreover, why was no one looking for him and where is he now? I am anime only so perhaps the last question will be answered next week, but it's very odd. |
| something had felt off when anthony said christopher killed himself. now after watching maryrose and rosemary jump together, i'm sure something is wrong here (bc like i would think that the shadow and living doll would kill themselves together). finally finally finally got to see the backstory i was waiting for, now i know there's more to the story so i'm super excited for the next episode. barbie was so cute when she was younger, especially with her hair up in pigtails :-(( |

| I've read the manga fully caught but I'm only now realizing the parallels between the 3 pairs of Kate, Barbara and Rosemary, now the 2nd season poster makes sense |

| Superb episode, I loved how it presented the transition of both Barbara and Maryrose. How being deceived added a clear goal while knowing the reality provoked a void, it is quite beautiful. The next episode should be interesting, I hope that they can pack many answers As an overall thought, I think that this season cant be saved by how it started, but the latest episodes have been way more engaging. This show truly shines when focusing in the characters instead of the events |
| Good episode. Not entirely convinced they are dead though... I need a little reminder here. Kate knows about the fusion thing, doesn't she? How did she learn about that again? I forgot. |
| They really kept the best thing saved up for so long, and bet there's no better timing than exploding it all on the penultimate stage. The whole backstory just again depicted how cruel shadows house can be. Certainly the case with Cristopher was the trigger of that rebel, though it really makes me wonder where is Anthony, like is he even alive or not? Too bad for Barbara though, still couldn't get the truth though who cares about her. Really curious how they will wrap things up after such a strong penultimate episode. |

Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |
| SHIT. Damn it. I knew it! I had a feeling that (given her nature) Maryrose wouldn't accept being punished like that and would rather commit suicide with Rosemary. But I'm still hoping for a miracle T--T Ahhhh seriously it was so heartbreaking, especially after learning about her past with Christopher and Barbara... I realized that the one who was the most burdened and feeling guilty all the time was Maryrose T---T and Barbara who doesn't know anything about the Adults' world has to bear this too.. I never thought that Christopher would commit suicide... I thought he was living with Lord Grandfather on the 3rd floor.. and, is Anthony still alive? I mean, after Christopher committed suicide, Anthony ran into Maryrose's room and told her what happened, right? Well it means he was alive until then, dunno about now :( but how did he go to Maryrose's room when his Master just died? I mean shouldn't he be mourning or something... I don't know I hope he is a real nice person and not a traitor because I'd have scolded myself for being mesmerized by his good looks if he had been a bad person :"D |

| We've now seen three suicides, every adult knowingly or unknowingly murdered the person closest to them, and there's confirmation that the only way out is through the adult's wing. Plus, adults DO get a power amp just from the fusion, so it's not a remotely even fight. |
| Yeah I knew it wasn't going to end well for them. But no body no real proof. Could still be a faked death 🤷♀️ At least they accepted and embraced it in the end. |
| Not sure if Christopher committing suicide was the best choice he could've made after gaining that knowledge. You would think he'd at least work against the plans of the rest of the adults with Maryrose. |
