Who's your favorite female character in Attack on Titan?
| Well everyone has their own taste, but I'm shocked how such a hollow character like Mikasa was able too have so many fans. :P I guess most of them are one of those people being into that waifu stuff. |

i'm bored so i think i make a Ranking: 1. Annie (cool, pretty, actually cute and shy, strong, i dunno i just like her very much) 2. Hange Zoë (funny, enthusiastic, dat voice, likeable) 3. Pieck Finger (very nice and likeable, i can understand why people chose her as "waifu") 4. Gabi Braun (the most insteresting character with an awesome character devolment, and to me she is very relatable) 5. Ymir (god i felt so sorry for her, one of the most tragic past's, i'm sorry Ymir) 6. Carla Jäger (best mom tho, all we need is Carla) 7. Ymir Fritz (the MOST tragic and mysterious character imo) 8. Historia Reiss ( cute and kind, but by current state meh) 9. Sasha Braus (she was very funny and likeable in season 1 and my hero in season 2, now i'm really don't care about her anymore, she changed for the bad imo) 10. Mikasa Ackermann ( i want to like her, i really want, but urrrh, she is such a annoying leech, even in the current manga chapter, she just....don't get it.) 11. Yelena (the Yuno Gasai of AoT, so nope) 100% agree. Cannot decide who to put in first place, either Annie or Hange. |

| Obviously, Krista Lenz/Historia Reiss. Very important character in Season 2 and Season 3 + she's cute. It's a shame she doesn't appear as much after that. 1. Historia 2. Mikasa 3. Annie 4. Pieck 5. Sasha Hange is great too and Gabi in the latest manga chapters. Also, I have a feeling Hitch would be one of my favorites if she had more screen time. |

The OP sees Hange as a female and so do I. Is that a problem with you? |

Judging by the looks then kinda yes, but Levi received more character development and appeared as way more interesting character than Mikasa objectively. If we assume they are both equally strong and their image is equally "cool", then Levi - in terms of the complexity of a character - wins with Mikasa without any doubts |

If you read OP's post you should have understood their interpretation, it does not need to be explicitly stated. I'm sorry if I sound rude but I'm tired of hearing people saying "You shouldn't assume Hange's gender" whenever I call her a she. You should be able to understand my interpretation the moment you see female pronouns. |

| This Poll made me realize how lackluster SNK's female cast is. - I only like Historia from this list, and i have talked about her too much already in another thread recently. - I Guess you can say Yelena is sort of interesting, but i don't like her per se. - Gabi has some stuff going for her, but it's plotcentric, she as an individual is nothing special, my biggest problem with her from the get-go is that she always felt like a plot device to me, rather than a fully fledged character, she just does what the story needs her to do so that Isayama can realize a plot point he wants. - Sasha is a meme girl whose only relevance in the story is that she was killed by Gabi, if you had someone random killing her, it would have 0 impact on anything ever. It felt like she had more developed personality in s4, but it never got explored, first 3 seasons along with Connie she's mostly a comic relief character who's just there for the sake of being there. - Hange is okay, she's just not for me personally. - Pieck is eh, she's cute i guess if she fits your taste. Her character is unidimensional, but it's not like she was given much time to manifest herself outside of the thing she does, so, eh. - Annie, she has one speech i quite like, and it was removed from the anime(thanks WIT), she's absent for 80% of the series, like completely absent. She had potential, it wasn't realized. She's okay. - Ymir is decent, she turned out to be the real Christa, an all caring goddess that will sacrifice herself for others, and cannot live with the guilt of taking something important from someone else. She pretended to be an apathetic person who only ever cares about herself because she didn't want to be abused by this cruel world again. but at end she was too nice of a person, and she could only ever live for others. She is the most caring person in the series and i find her juxtaposition to Historia interesting. She just doesn't appeal to me aesthetically. - Mikasa... okay so i don't hate her, but her insufferable demeanor towards Eren, her obsessive nature, her inability to understand him, and most importantly her refusal to let him grow by himself and be a man, was as infuriating for me in s1, as it was for Eren. And the worst part of it all is her complete lack of awareness of those things, she just doesn't fucking get it man  From the fucking get-go man. She got better after s1, but not by much, and she doesn't have any real depth, even tho she is one of the characters with most screen time. She is, at the end.. just meh. |
