Hello o/ I was wondering if you guys ever read what I say here because I get close to no anwsers... I wanted to say that you are all still CMs here and if you want to keep the club active and going, please participate in cards editions from time to time... Currently Shira and I are mainly the only ones making cards and it's tiring. If you don't want to contribute to the club just tell me and you won't be staff here anymore. But I have the feeling that you all don't really care about this club. Thanks for reading this, and please tell me if you're gonna stay being a CM here or not. Thank you. PS: I wanted to apologise too for the staff birthdays edition that Shira and I decided to cancel, so no staff bday ed anymore, mainly because no one made cards even though the edition was planned for a long time, and the MAL maintenance left us with 5 birthdays people to make cards to and it was a huge work. | @KonoDioDakeda Ones listed as Shoujo/Shounen ai Given Sekaiichi Hatsukoi Hitorijime My Hero Sakura Trick Ones not listed as Shounen ai but contain LGBT main characters Banana Fish I would really recommend this anime as I imagine that the majority of anime will be romance or slice of life, so this would be a different genre which would make our challenge less one note. No.6 This anime feels weaker on the LGBT side but I thought I woud put it out there anyways |

| @SukiiFu @KonoDioDakeda Personally I never liked the Idea of doing a missed letters challenge the whole point of the challenge is to do it first time to try to collect all the letters IMO but I know some people found the challenge a little later or are only missing one so I think a missing letters challenge for the would be good. I think my suggestion below balances out the abuse Kono stated below. For the genre roulette I think we do all 40 genres (Skipping Hentai, Yuri and Yaoi) and to save Kono I think badge wise just do one badge for people that complete all 40 challenges. What do you think Kono? or do you not want to make any badges for the challenge? I was also thiking no shorts for the challenge that the anime should be 9+ episodes and 10+ mins per episode what do you think? |

| @SukiiFu @acestrawbs Hmm, I think it won't not hurt to do a missed letters challenge if ppl want it but limited to 2 or 3 letters so they won't abuse and do a 10 letters challenge, as stated by acestrawbs the point is trying to be active and collect the letters. Genre challenge is a great idea! Maybe we can make a stamp badge with all the genres, but again, people who miss certain challenge will have gaps and that would be unesthetic... One badge per genre is feasible with a "Participant" and "Completed" banner already done and with no username. And maybe a special bonus badge for ppls who complete all with stamps for example. No shorts is cool, no short OVAs or Movies either I think. By the way, I'll work on the badges, I'm very sorry but my life is quite full aha (I won't waste your precious efforts acestrawbs I promise, I just lack time ;__;) |

I have not included members that have 10 or more missing. Starting with B. We have potentially 3 challenges remaining in the roulette y, z and #(numbers) and during the last 3 months we simultaneously run the missing letters challenge where they can catch up on any missing letter (I think up to 5 letters) and they have the 3 months to complete them all. (So even if they only are missing one anime they still have 3 months to complete it) If people don't want to do all of the letters they are missing but just some of them whether or not they can do that I will leave up to you SukiiFu. I will look at the suggested challenges for that letter and randomly select one of them (not the one they failed) for them to do for each letter and I will @ them each anime in the sign up to avoid confusion For A I will just suggest them an anime since I cannot find the thread. This way it rewards the people that are closest to finishing but gives everyone (except Kullout) a chance to complete the roulette. |

Genre challenge not limited like the alphabet, so adding the additional two rules is good Short anime > have episode lengths of 12 minutes or less. ? ----- oh nice idea, 'doing it simultaneously with the last challenges' it would give them too a bit of more challenge, as they missed it. the A challenge so I dont know if that post was deleted I had it linked to the badge I got from it, I checked, it's deleted... limit 4-5 letters - I'm good with it๐ If people don't want to do all of the letters they are missing but just some of them whether or not they can do that I will leave up to you SukiiFu. Yes give them the option to what missed letters they want to do (like myself, if we did plan to do it, I would only want to do 2-3 of what I missed) No award stars for this since it's a missed challenge ? | @SukiiFu @KonoDioDakeda • You will have 3 month to complete all the missed challenges anime • • Either you have 1 or 5, you get the whole 3 month chance • Just a couple of suggestions the two lines above to be changed to the two below • You will have 3 months to complete the missed anime challenges that you sign up for• • No matter how many anime you sign up for, you have the entire 3 months to complete them ALL• You may want to include something about not needing to do all the anime that they have missed suggestion below •You do not need to sign up to all the challenges that you have missed• Also I don't know if you want we could make the sign up earlier so sign up by the 2nd of August and we run it till and the challenge runs from the 3rd of August till the 2nd of Novermber I am just worried that the people who are less active on the site will miss it if we post in the middle of the month whilst everyone is inclined to check it on the 1st as that is when the anime get assigned. It will also hopefully help with checking as the weekend is just before the final day so when checking the people that do it late will more than likely do it that weekend which means it will be easier to check on Monday. whilst the current suggestion has it end on a saturday and I think people will still be completing on that day. So that gives them 5 days to sign up which is reasonable if we post it today or tomorrow. |

| @SukiiFu I am doing well thank you, How are you doing? I have made a couple of grammatical edits. Personally I dont feel like we need pentalties, the main purpose of the penalties, I feel, is to stop people from joining with an anime they think no one will want to watch to ruin the fun and not participate themselves. So as long as that doesn't start happening I don't mind no penalties, I will leave the final decision up to you. I would prefer just to assign all the anime myself if that is alright, so we don't need to keep track of whose month it is to assign. Also, you already have the unenviable task of doing the watch percentages and creating the forum threads, so I don't want to add any extra work. If I do need you to assign the anime in a particular month I can just message you. |
