They also actually have character development, and things get moving in terms of story. Season 1 is building stuff up. Season 2 is the weakest season for me, even though I love the shit out of Murasakibara. It's not bad though. There's Murasakibara, Alex, blond Hyuuga, the hot springs episode, amongst others. Season 3 is the strongest season by far. It has the Teikou arc, which is amazing, Shuutoku vs Rakuzan and Seirin vs Rakuzan. Finding out stuff about Akashi is probably the most important part of the series (even though I knew what was going to happen since I read the manga), and I really enjoyed Rakuzan's dynamic as a team. It also shows how strong Seirin became, as cheesy as it was, and the last few episodes were pretty emotional. The last episode is the result of a long buildup of 74 episodes that lead to it. Kurobas certainly has flaws, and there are most definitely aspects I didn't care about (Hanamiya can fuck off and Haizaki needs to be hit by a bus), but I never felt like it went downhill. There were just characters, and therefore matches, I didn't have an interest in. But that's what you get with sports anime. |

| Log Horizon, the first season was really good, the second not that good, isn't bad, but isn't good as the first thought. Tokyo Ghoul anime was bad from the beginning, but the first season at least was enjoyable. |

| SAO II was pretty much fan service + story on background, I still can't understand why they ended the first arc, created the second arc which shouldn't be discussed and then created an entire second season using the same rather "nope"-workline. |
