What's up with these comments? Hillarious? Cute? Are you serious? Luna was a bitch in this episode! A jealous bitch! She was acting high and mighty for some dumb lie she orchestrated. And everyone overlooked that because of the waterworks? Really? Smh. The only thing great about this episode was the asshole father of San got sledged by San herself. I don't know if she wants to bang her own daughter but he was a consistent asshole since episode 1. I never find him and his entire plot of making nagasumi's life a living hell funny. It was clinche and too lopsided. Well it's not like I favor Nagasumi, I mean, he's an asshole too. He was entertaining the idea of having an affair with Luna despite him already in a relationship with San. 6/10

Alright, this is it...
I've been doubting this series far too long and kept watching, hoping it would get better, but I just skipped every episode from here and went straight to episode 26 to find out if it did, even there it hadn't improved.
Dropped,.... finally.

Yep, on a rewatch and I have absolutely no sympathy for Luna. She lies to her father solely to ruin Sun's relationship with Nagasumi, treating that as far more important than the "love" she has for him. And it's not just this episode when she's done this, she's been constantly using Nagasumi as a pawn to ruin Sun's happiness. Then she tries to force the marriage through based on the lie, only to start crying to garner sympathy as soon as Nagasumi calls her out on her bullshit. The only thing hilarious here is how many people fell for it hook, line and sinker and actually have sympathy for this vile character.

There's then the fact that Nagasumi didn't just clear up the misunderstanding from the very start, but I digress.

On a rewatch too and WOW, this is a horrible take.

Lunar treated one-upping Sun as more important than her "love" for Nagasumi because that "love" did not exist yet, it only truly happened after Nagasumi helped get her what she truly needed: connecting with her father. She also wasn't crying to garner sympathy, she was feeling incredible guilt over what she had done and was desperately trying to justify it to herself, which she could only do by drudging up all her painful feelings of inadequacy she's been burdened with ever since her mom walked out on her in her childhood.

Not to mention you conveniently ignore the fact that when given the chance to restart the wedding at the end, she doesn't because she's learned better and wants Nagasumi and Sun to be happy (her feelings toward Sun on this matter were much more clear in the manga, but even in the anime her "rivalry" with her cools down considerably after this event.)

Also, in my experience anyone who calls a teenage girl a "vile character" is someone whose views are suspect. But *I* digress.

San and him were actually engaged which makes her a thirsty manipulative cunt that betrayed her "friend". So doesn't make sense for people to feel bad for her at all lol.

Anyone who uses the "c world" as well.

It would have been great if they kissed haha but at least it was still really cute when San-chan showed up at the end

LET US NOT FORGET THAT SUN IS A YAKUSA BOSS'S DAUGHTER.
She can resolve anything.

That was a great episode, some real drama. Luna is my best girl probably, however San putting in some badass scenes. MC needs to become a harem master

This was way more dramatic for Seto no Hanayome's standard, but at least it's a change of pace.

The slapstick comedy and the stress brought to Nagasumi is getting old.

Anyway, it's still best at parody.

Awful, that's why gag anime should never get serious. Because then you realize how awful most of the characters actually are. From here on every time I see the liars Maki and Lunar I'll just think of them as trash.
